One day, I chose to use the hotel's car service to go to Tanjung Piai National Park to explore the rich natural scenery there, which was an unforgettable experience. In addition, the hotel's public areas have both non-smoking and smoking areas, taking into account the needs of different guests. I enjoyed a quiet time in the non-smoking area and appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. My stay at the Swak Hotel in Tawau not only allowed me to experience the hospitality of Malaysia, but also the high standard of service of the hotel in the details.
