Mugi no Kaori

Today's lunch ramen goes to "Mugi no Kaori" in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku-ku. This is a sister shop of Ramen Yamaguchi. A fairly famous store in Shinjuku Ward, which has been taking Bib Gourmand for 6 consecutive years. There will be a line, so I entered the store around 11:30. Already full. Tsukemen is famous, so I ordered Tsukemen with a taste ball topping. First, add noodles and try it. When it comes to tsukemen, the soup has the image of being thick and muddy, but the one here is not muddy and has a strong taste and is refreshing. The noodles are thick round noodles that do not seem to use jumpsuits, and are elastic and delicious. The soup has various flavors such as seafood and animal. In addition, you can enjoy the latter half of the taste by adding the black shichimi on the table. This is delicious. At the end, I got a warishita and I don't usually drink soup, but the ramen that I have completely drunk (laughs) seems to be delicious, so I definitely want to eat ramen next time.
