Wuzhen is divided into East and West Zones. The West Zone has been renovated and is larger than the East Zone. The East Zone can be explored in half a day, while the West Zone is suitable for an overnight stay. Enjoy the night view in the evening, and take a walk on the stone-paved roads in the quiet of the early morning. There is a free shuttle bus between the East and West Zones, so buying a joint ticket allows you to visit both. After checking into the West Zone, you can go to the scenic area service desk to register for facial recognition, which then allows unlimited access to the scenic area during your stay. Recommended accommodations: Zhao Ming Book Residence or Wuzhen Guesthouses. Jiangnan's water towns are perfect for leisurely strolls. When tired, buy a boat ticket and gently rock along, viewing the ancient town from a different perspective. The West Zone has a water market: in the morning, it serves breakfast for guests with a variety of options available for order and pickup via QR code. In the evening, it resembles an open-air night market, suitable for spring and summer. However, consumption within the scenic area is expensive... basically double the price.
