Climb up Doi Hua Mot to search for the mysterious owl's eyes.

#GetDiscountWithoutLuck The owl's eye is a tiny plant that grows underground and can only be found once a year when it blooms. It is only found at Doi Hua Mot, Umphang District, Tak Province during August-September. The location is at the viewpoint at km 9 on Highway 1090. You have to walk up the mountain. The path is an open forest with cute wildflowers such as bright pink butterfly candles all along the way. Warning: You should dress appropriately or spray insect repellent. I personally did neither of those things and got hit so hard that I had to go see a doctor. 😅 The flowers are tiny but blue-green in color and look like owls. They are often found at the base of the Peng tree (similar to a palm tree). If you want to take a picture, you have to crawl in and take it up close. 🙏🏼Please do not touch or poke them because the flowers are very delicate.
