I recommend Quku i Valbonës, a hotel in the village of Valbona. You can stay here from 10 euros per night. It is surrounded by 360° mountain views, and it is especially beautiful at sunset and in the early morning when the mountainside turns orange and gradually gets darker. There is a river nearby, which is cold with meltwater from the Alps, but it is extremely clear.
