| Another winter by the sea, three days of different weather. Maybe because of the summer heat, this is the third consecutive year I've spent winter by the sea. The sea is less lively in winter, but there are still many happy moments. During my three days in Yantai, the weather was different every day: sunny, rainy, snowy. I saw different sides of the sea and captured many moments worth recording. Yantai is a city with more than just the sea. There are many cultural attractions to explore, making it a great weekend getaway. [Recommended Attractions] 🐳Lonely Whale: This is a popular internet-famous attraction. A whale sculpture is buried in the sand, with a slide on one side. It always reminds me of the saying, "When a whale falls, all things thrive." ⛪️Lian Yantai Chapel: This is a small chapel made almost entirely of glass, with the deep blue sea behind it. The blue and white scene always feels romantic and beautiful. 🌊Housha Square: There is a platform here that extends over the sea, and a dam that stretches out over the water. You can view the sea from different angles here. 🐼Chaoyang Street: Various architectural styles converge here, along with modern creative installations like the panda wall and rose waterfall, providing more convenience and inspiration for photos. 💡Yantai Mountain: Here you can climb the lighthouse to gaze at the endless sea and experience Yantai's history and culture. The former consulates, cheongsam museum, and Bing Xin Memorial Hall are all traces of the past. 🏮Suochengli: Ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties have been preserved here, with homestays, shops, and travel photography integrated into the area. There are many unique decorations, like flower-covered walls, colorful lanterns, and a wall with the word "Yantai" written in large characters. 🛤️Fisherman's Wharf: This area is rich in elements, with colorful houses by the sea, a railway track like the one in Spirited Away, dancing pink muhly grass, and European-style buildings that make you feel like you're abroad. 🚦Chijia Bus Stop/Xincheng North Street Bus Stop: This is a place where you can capture traffic lights and the sea in the same frame. The distant sea is rippling, the nearby traffic lights are blinking, and cars come and go on the sidewalk. [Tips] 🌟The seaside is windy in winter, and there may be snow.
