Currently, the newly opened restaurant only has one price point, NT$880 per person, which includes 11 dishes in total including fruits. I don’t like soup because I don’t like it to be too thick. But his shark fin soup is very refreshing, not as thick as some other soups. The fourth dish is white-cut chicken, the meat is tender and tender, and the handmade Hakka orange sauce directly captured me as a Hakka🤣 The fifth dish was sakura shrimp rice cake, which had a great texture. The ingredients are also delicious. The more you bite, the more delicious it is. The sixth dish is braised pork. The name sounds simple, but in fact, when you take a bite, you will find that the chef has put a lot of effort into stewing this Dongpo pork. It can be said that it falls apart when you bite it and does not get stuck in your teeth. It is very good. And the fat is very soft and chewy😆 The seventh dish is the lotus leaf dragon tiger, the meat is tender and fresh The eighth dish is shrimp floss. There are a lot of shrimp floss and salmon roe, which is also a refreshing dish. The ninth dish is sugarcane black-bone chicken. I love this soup very much. The soup is sweet and fragrant, not greasy at all and very refreshing. It’s the soup I’ll miss after I finish eating it and go home. The 10th dish is pepper shrimp. This dish is full of pepper fragrance, but a little bit heavy in taste. The shrimp meat is very chewy and sweet. The 11th course was a fruit platter. When I saw the presentation, I felt like I was seeing the Sydney Opera House. I have to say that this set meal has a very high CP value, and if you are a girl, the portion is really large.
