Zhuhai Mutouchong Beach

A two-day, one-night getaway starting from Zhuhai Station. Take the intercity train for about half an hour to Zhuhai Jinwan Airport, then a 10-15 minute taxi ride to reach the destination. First, check in at the Zhujishanhai building in Mutouchong Village, and then head to the rooms on Mutouchong Beach across the street. There are six rooms in total, each with a unique exterior design and its own charm. The rooms are relatively comfortable, and the small courtyard with rocking chairs is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. In the afternoon and evening, many families bring their children to the beach to play or have picnics. To be honest, the sea isn't very clean, with yellowish water, possibly due to recent rainfall. It's fine for wading, but swimming is not recommended. The beach also features an open-air barbecue restaurant with live music performances in the evening, giving off a tropical island vibe. However, there are only 2-3 restaurants nearby, so dining options are limited. There aren't many attractions in the vicinity either, so it can be inconvenient without your own car. Still, it's a good choice for a slow-paced, relaxing trip.
