A sunset photo I took at Hotel Moon Beach in Okinawa. The hotel is beautiful and open. So tropical looking. Lots of water activities and you can go to their private island to do diving and snorkeling. The food is good but less options in the menu. I visited a cafe called 'Awayk' in Nakijin Village, Okinawa! 📍 2181-1 Daifukuhara, Yagawa, Nakijin Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture The location was absolutely wonderful! I went just after lunchtime, so I had the entire place to myself and could fully enjoy the space! I ordered a dessert plate with cheesecake, tiramisu, and warabi mochi! It was so relaxing to watch the birds flying by the sea looking for food through the window while enjoying the delicious desserts! The lunch looked really tasty too, so I definitely want to go back and try it!

Okinawa Tonkatsu Shokudo Shimabutaya

A lovely sandy #beach near the Blue Cave. Easy access from the main road and through a nice vegetation patch. There are also some nice small #caves around (or shelters) to explore and take scenic photos from within.

#japantrip The best breakfast place in Onna! I went in the morning, couldn’t try the brunch. I recommended the French toast at break time (8 —10am) and the caramel macchiato. The fluffy pancake sandwich with sweet potato was also delicious! However the cafe was quite small, may have to wait during peak hours.Lovely little cafe right next door to our villa. Though it was a little small, the all day breakfast was smashing! Everything freshly made!

I went mountain climbing for the first time in Okinawa⛰ Located in Nago, Katsuu Peak is a spot where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Okinawa! I climbed up quite briskly without taking breaks, so it took me less than 40 minutes one way, but if you climb slowly, it might take about an hour. By the way, this place is not a cliff, there is a footing below♥️ If you adjust the angle of the camera so that the footing can't be seen, you can take a photo like this😍 However, falling is still dangerous, so be careful! Advice for those who are going💕 From a certain point, you'll have to use your hands to climb the rocks, so wear something easy to move in☝️ The top is very windy🌪 and since it's a rocky area, falling would be quite painful.

#okinawatrip A nice place to visit on a hot summer day. There is ample parking, clean restrooms and, plenty of places to sit in the shade. A large playground for children and, sprinklers in wading pools of water, will keep them entertained. A great place for a family picnic and there's always something, to discover for a photographer. The transportation in Okinawa is not very convenient, especially in the north. There were Christmas decorations all around, and it looked even better at night! ! I walked around the store for a while, the food was not cheap, and the burger was really good. American Village ➡️Kokusai Expressway 🚗50 minutes It was already around 19:00 when we left the American Village. We missed the evening rush hour and there was still a bit of a traffic jam. At the end of the day with a full schedule🔚, it is still recommended to charter a car when changing hotels, which can save a lot of trouble.
