Visited the #OsakaNakanoshimaArtMuseum where not many people were. The exterior is a large black cube located between the buildings on both sides. The five-minute walk allowed me to feel the urban atmosphere of Osaka, with the surrounding skyscrapers and greenery creating a charming contrast, filling me with anticipation for the upcoming visit. As I approached the Central Public Hall, its majestic exterior stood out against the backdrop of blue water and green trees. Completed in 1918, this building has been preserved and restored over the years and has become the first public hall building in western Japan to be designated as a National Important Cultural Property. Entering the hall, I was amazed by the interior decorations and the sense of history. On my recent trip to Osaka I was looking for more unique things to do, that are often not at the top of everyone’s list of must-see things. I decided to go further North of the downtown area and discovered Nakanoshima. In middle of the Okawa River is a sandbank piece of land that has many museums. Nakanoshima is a beautiful island in the city where cultural, political and business facilities are concentrated.
