Me and my friend took a short walk near our hotel and we ended at the pier and the place gives you a quite and relaxing time strolling around the place,there is a cafe also at the pier if you want to eat or drink while having a conversation with you friends. The hotel is only 10 minutes walked away from the train station,and you can take a boat ride going to Cijin Island which we arent able to go there due to the hot weather that time so make sure to be prepared when visiting in Kaoshiung during summer time..
