Although the snorkeling conditions aren't the best, for a snorkeling novice like me, this place is friendly and full of surprises. From beach villas to overwater villas, stunning views are everywhere, and the service is incredibly attentive. I dined at all 7 restaurants, enjoyed unlimited drinks, and had an amazing spa experience. It was truly unforgettable! 💖 🤿 Snorkeling Tips: 1️⃣ Best Snorkeling Spot: Near the Dive Center 🐠 There are many small corals here, with schools of small fish swimming around, making it perfect for beginners to practice. You can touch the ground, which gives a great sense of security! 2️⃣ Overwater Villa Balcony Experience: 🌊 Jump directly into the large lagoon from the overwater villa and feel the tranquility and grandeur. Although there aren't many fish, the chances of encountering big ones are very high! Sea turtles, schools of trevally, manta rays... every dive is an unknown adventure! Remember to bring a GoPro to capture these breathtaking moments! 3️⃣ Precautions: 🏊‍♀️ For non-swimmers, mentally preparing yourself and trying snorkeling is both a challenge and a joy. Bring your room key and don't swim too far, or you'll have to rely on your swimming skills to get back to your room! 💡 Tips: 🔹 When choosing a snorkeling island, you can decide based on your skill level. Raffles Maldives Meradhoo is suitable for beginners, but if you want a more professional snorkeling experience, consider other islands with better snorkeling conditions. 🔹 Remember to check your equipment before snorkeling and wear a suitable life jacket. This time we visited Treasure Island. Here are some of my personal feelings. I hope it can help you. The treasure 🏝️What amazed me was this 20-meter-long sea starry sky swimming pool 🏊‍♀️It is really beautiful and photogenic! 🌟You can enjoy a 360° magnificent sea view during the day🌅, and the swimming pool is the highlight at night! We stayed in a hotel in Male for one night and arrived on the island early the next morning. The treasure's seaplane ✈️ lounge was very comfortable and clean. There were food 🍽️, drinks 🍺 and you could lie down. The seaplane ✈️ flew for about 50 minutes to the island. 🏝️When we first arrived at the room, the housekeeper explained to us the paid items and gave us some fruit🍉, but the fruit was not very fresh. We stayed in a sand house for two nights and a water house for two nights. In the water house, when we opened our eyes in the morning, we saw a jelly sea 🌊hahahaha. The sand house 🏘️ was also very good. The room was quite big, but there might be more small animals 🦀. I quite like the sand house, it is much quieter than the water house. The service here is really amazing. When I arrived on the island, there was a Chinese butler, which made me very worry-free. The service here will take the initiative to smile and say hello to everyone they meet! I especially want to praise the Chinese chef at Ranba restaurant. He took the initiative to tell me that if I'm not used to the food here, I should tell him in advance what I want to eat. He really took care of me in every possible way. Hahahaha

I really didn't expect to pick this treasure of a hotel correctly. When the agent recommended it to me, I didn't find it appealing. The previous hotels I visited like The Ritz-Carlton, Jumeirah, Milaidhoo, and Soneva Fushi all had a completely different style of decoration compared to Gem Island. Initially, my budget wasn't sufficient, and I thought about settling for another visit to Naladhu, which is also quite worth it now 🧐. But in the end, I decided to take the advice, and thankfully I did, as I feel this choice was really worth it~ hhhh The all-inclusive price includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The main restaurant has a Chinese chef, and the soup noodles are delicious. I heard there's also Peking duck in the evening, but I always ordered from other restaurants at night. It was only when I was leaving that the butler told me about it, what a loss~ From 12 pm to 6 pm, you can also have pizza and drinks at the bar by the main pool. The starry sky pool by the Ocean Suite is absolutely amazing. After the bar closes at 7 pm, the small lights at the bottom of the pool light up, looking like a sky full of stars. The Ocean Suite is simply a paradise for wine lovers, with the mini-bar replenished twice daily, stocked with wine, whiskey, soft drinks, and snacks. There's no need to go to the bar; you can drink to your heart's content in the room 😍 I also quite like their bath products, which are from the British niche brand elemis. A few years ago, when I went to Milaidhoo, their spa used this brand. The snorkeling near the jetty by the Sand Villa is really good, with small waves, shallow water, high visibility, and lots of fish. The sand is fine and soft. It's just a pity that I forgot to take off my earrings before snorkeling and lost one 😭😭. I'll consider it a gift for the fish~~ I booked 2 Standard Sand Villas and 2 Ocean Suites, plus round-trip airfare, for 25k per person, which feels quite nice~
