The legendary Atlas Bar, the best afternoon tea in Singapore! The 8-meter-high wine cabinet is so extravagant that even Jay Chou came to pay homage!
Atlas Bar is hidden on the first floor of the Parkview Square building. Unlike other bars, it opens at 12:00 noon, allowing non-drinkers to enjoy lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, etc. Of course, they also provide daytime drinks. The most important thing is to remember to make a reservation in advance, otherwise you may be disappointed!
The sumptuous afternoon tea must be booked in advance. It is mainly one serving per person and the price is 68 Singapore dollars, about 1585 Taiwan dollars. It is not cheap, but it is worth a try. First, the Aperitif appetizer will be served. Friends who do not drink can also choose non-alcoholic drinks. Then the main afternoon tea is served on a rose gold two-layer rack. The lower layer is salty food and the upper layer is sweet food. Both sweet and salty flavors are delicious and not greasy at all.
In addition to the amazing afternoon tea, the grand high-ceiling space and the 8-meter-high giant wine cabinet, paired with various murals, chandeliers, and fine reliefs, showcase the French retro feeling of the 1920s. The most eye-catching 8-meter-high giant wine cabinet houses more than 1,000 bottles of gin from all over the world. The champagne room below the wine cabinet also has more than 200 kinds of champagne, the most in Singapore! Since its opening in March 2017, it has been recognized as one of the World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars for many consecutive years.
This is such a luxurious and spectacular bar that even the celebrity Jay Chou has made a pilgrimage here! After afternoon tea, remember to go up to the loft next to the bar for the best view overlooking the entire venue, which is worth taking photos.
