"This is the first time I've ever eaten such delicious sushi" Two years ago, my husband and I went to Yamato Sushi in Toyosu Market. After seeing it featured on TV, we were intrigued and made a reservation about a month in advance. It was quite a luxurious price for lunch, but we ordered the omakase menu. The chef in charge that day was seated in front of our counter seats, and he made each sushi right in front of us. "This conger eel is amazing!" "Today's tuna is delicious!" He said things like that, and they really meant it. I was impressed by the thick toppings, but the sea urchin and conger eel were delicious. I don't like sea urchin, but the sea urchin here was excellent. Standing in front of the bar and witnessing the whole process of the chefs carefully arranging dishes, I can't help but be impressed by their concentration and skills.
