"Leeum Museum of Art 리움미술관🌈"
This is a museum I definitely wanted to visit when I went to Korea!!
This place was so amazing,
so I'll post about it twice!!
I heard it was really crowded🥺💨
My schedule meant I couldn't go right after it opened,
so I arrived in the afternoon✨️
It was certainly crowded,
but if I timed it right, I think I'd be able to take photos~thank goodness! ✨️
There were lots of other great spots besides the ones I definitely wanted to take photos!! 💗💗💗
There are a lot of museums in Japan where you can't take photos, but I wonder if there aren't many in Korea where you can't take photos?
It's the best!! 😍📸🫧🤍
Also, I don't think there are many museums in Japan that are large and have a lot of exhibits, but Korea is large!! 😱☀
There are so many exhibits and so many wonderful spots, it takes a really long time to go around taking photos💦
This museum is divided into three buildings, each designed by a world-renowned architect🪧
M1 was designed by Mario Botta, M2 by Jean Nouvel, and the Children's Education and Culture Center by Rem Koolhaas.
There are two main (I think) spots at the Leeum Museum, and this is one of them.
The spiral staircase in M1.
This is a pure white spiral staircase
A small window with an aurora film on it reflects the light pouring in from the ceiling and reflects it as rainbow-colored light on the white wall🌈☀
This is an indescribable beauty. . . ✨️
If the weather is good, there is a lot of light, so it would be great if it was sunny, but thankfully it was a clear day with not a cloud in the sky.
It was noon, so the sun was directly overhead. The lighting is also perfect🙏
First of all, Leeum Museum of Art is a museum that displays the collection of the Samsung Foundation, which was established by the Samsung Group, the largest conglomerate in Korea‼️
I see, I see🤔✨️💨
That's why it's so stylish, spacious, and has so many exhibits👏
This time, I bought a ticket that allowed me to enter all areas. It was about 2,000 yen❣️
I was very satisfied just to be able to take a photo of this spiral staircase🤭🎶
