Kaohsiung | A restful stay
The hotel entrance is conveniently located next to the parking lot entrance. The parking area is clean, bright, and spacious, with clearly marked parking spaces. You can park your car directly in the basement before heading to the first floor to check in.
We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time, and luckily, the room was ready, allowing us to check in ahead of schedule. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided clear explanations about the accommodation. This stay did not include breakfast, but since there are famous breakfast spots nearby, we decided to skip the hotel breakfast option.
The room we stayed in was spacious, featuring a small living area and a bar counter near the entrance where you can place plenty of food. The bathroom was not very large but was kept clean and tidy. The view from the window was average, but the beautiful Kaohsiung sky made up for it.
The bed was very comfortable—not too soft—with pillows of decent thickness. The air conditioning in the room allowed precise temperature adjustments, ensuring a restful sleep. The soundproofing of the room was also quite good; while you could hear children playing in other rooms from the hallway, closing the door effectively blocked out the noise.
There is a communal area upstairs where guests can enjoy coffee and chat in the afternoon. A coffee machine and some small snacks are provided, but it can feel particularly noisy when there are more guests around.
