There are multiple activities which can be enjoyed from adventure to reading and enjoy the view. Sand Skating, Jeeps, Slopping, Climbing on high Sand mountains and various other activities. In Night it turn in to a party place with lot of tourist and bagpackers. There are variety of places to stay from budget Hostel to Hotels. It’s actually considered a stop over location for most of the tourist you go to see IKA Lines as it is between IKA and Lima, but can spend a weekend just to relax. As there is not much to do here. We started from London to Lima. Then flied to Arequipa. We love Arequipa. Then bus tour to Puno from Arequipa. We had a bad attitude sickness on the way to Puno. Then Puno to Cusco by bus tour.
