Here's a guide to help you explore it without getting lost~ Ticket Information 🎫 Peak Season (April 1 - June 30, September 1 - November 30): Adult tickets are CNY 40/person. Off-Season (July 1 - August 31, December 1 - March 31): CNY 30/person. 👧 Minors aged 6 (not included) to 18 (included), and full-time undergraduate and below students (excluding adult education and graduate students): Peak Season CNY 20/person, Off-Season CNY 15/person. Remember to bring your student ID or ID card. 👴 Seniors aged 60 and above: Peak Season CNY 20/person, Off-Season CNY 15/person. Purchase tickets with valid ID. 🤗 Free admission for children aged 6 and below or under 1.3m tall (must be accompanied by an adult; one adult can bring up to three children; non-group), people with disabilities, active military personnel, etc., with valid ID. Yuyuan Lake Heart Pavilion Teahouse is the oldest existing teahouse in Shanghai, built during the Qianlong period and officially converted into a teahouse in the fifth year of Xianfeng. The wind of time passes through the building, and it stands alone, witnessing the vicissitudes of the world. The Lake Heart Pavilion Teahouse is a wooden structure without a single nail. The joints of the wood are all riveted with bamboo wedges. The calligrapher Mr. Jiang Fengyi's plaque with the three characters 'Lake Heart Pavilion' hangs high above the entrance of the teahouse, and the 'Number One Teahouse on the Sea' banner flutters in the wind on the eaves. Stepping into the teahouse, the calligrapher Mr. Gao Shixiong's 'Number One Teahouse on the Sea' is simple and elegant. Order a pot of hot tea and a few plates of dim sum. Countless ups and downs of fate, sadness or joy, all transform with time into a wisp of cloud on the flying eaves, dissipating into the breeze, leaving no trace. Only I, gazing out of the window, and the crowd on the Nine-Turn Bridge are frozen in this moment as scenery in each other's memories.

The Huxinting tea house on the zig-zag bridge outside the Yu Garden is worth a look but be prepared for crowds. At the north east corner you can buy fish food to feed the lucky carp swimming below. #triplocal #triplocal
