📍Address: Junghwa-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul
📍Atmosphere/Facilities: Located in Jungnang-gu, there are well-maintained walking and biking paths on both sides of the Jungnangcheon Stream that flows in the middle, and there are also rest areas where you can take a break in between, making it a great place to leisurely enjoy biking while looking at Seoul
📍Key Points: It's great to ride a bike on Jungnangcheon during the day, but it's even better to ride at night while looking at the brightly lit streetlights and bridges, and you can feel the cool night air
📍Average price per person: 1,000 won for a 1-hour rental of a Ttareungi
The Jungnangcheon Bike Path is a bike path installed alongside the Jungnangcheon Promenade and is connected to the Hangang Bike Path, making it a great place to see Seoul by bike. The walking and biking paths are well-maintained next to the Jungnangcheon Stream that flows in the middle, and there are exercise equipment and rest areas such as a sports park, making it a perfect place.
Even if you are traveling, it is good to ride a rental bicycle called Ttareungi operated by Seoul and ride slowly. You can see cars passing by quickly, people walking slowly, gentle waves, and lush trees, so you can leisurely enjoy the surroundings.
If you ride a bicycle on Jungnangcheon during the day, you can see warm sunlight, sparkling sleet, and green trees, but I personally recommend riding at night. The streetlights and bridges shining brightly under the dark sky are really beautiful, and the weather is cool, so you can enjoy your bicycle comfortably.
If you want to enjoy a little bit of leisure in your busy daily life, I recommend going to Jungnangcheon, a bicycle path with beautiful scenery :)
