Koh Nang Yuan ✨🌺
#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
Anyone who's been to Koh Tao will know about Koh Nang Yuan
or must visit it.
📍Koh Nang Yuan
It's a small island, three islands connected by a sandbar in Surat Thani Province. It's a famous snorkeling spot.
There's a beautiful viewpoint here ✨ where you can see the three sandbars connecting the islands. It's absolutely stunning!
We didn't go up there because it was crowded and the climb was quite steep.
There's only one place to stay here: Nang Yuan Island Dive Resort.
If we ever go back, we'll definitely stay there for a night so we can soak in the beauty for a bit longer.
🕦 Hours: Open 10:00 AM - Close 3:00 PM
🛶 Getting there: You can take a taxi boat from Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Pier.
From Koh Tao, you can cross to Koh Nang Yuan. The boat ride takes about 10-15 minutes and costs around 250-400 baht per person for a round-trip. This price is for a shared trip. You can let the driver know your return time.
💸 Entrance fee: 50 baht per Thai person, 250 baht per foreigner.

We started off by departing from Maehaad Pier, and after a short boat trip, we arrived at Koh Nang Yuan. The views from the viewpoint were absolutely stunning, showcasing the three separate bays—definitely one of the world’s most beautiful spots!
After that, we stopped for lunch at Mango Bay, soaking in the beautiful scenery and vibrant marine life.
The snorkeling with black-tip sharks at Shark Bay was an incredible experience!
‼️The tour can be booked through the app or at the company’s office, and you’ll find plenty of advertising around the island. The price is 650 baht (~$20).

High angle sea view of Koh Nang Yuan
#Popular photo spots
See the view from a high angle of Koh Nang Yuan, the beautiful sea that is separated. It is 3 islands connected by a sandbar. Wow! When you reach Hat Nang Yuan, the point that tourists are especially interested in is taking a photo from a high angle of the sea that is separated on the mountain. You can see a real 360-degree view. Every angle is beautiful. The white sand beach, emerald water, and beautiful nature are perfectly combined.
We have to walk along the wooden bridge, walk up the stairs, climb the mountain, and climb the rocks. To get this angle, we have to wait for other groups of tourists who were taking pictures before us to come down first.
This kind of trip can be found on the Koh Tao-Koh Nang Yuan trip.

Fir Fir Fir on Koh Tao
This trip started with leaving our car at Chumphon Pier and then boarding the Lomprayah high-speed ferry, which took about an hour and a half to reach Koh Tao. 🚤 While on the boat, I was a little worried about getting seasick, but the sea view and cool breeze made me lose track of time.
We chose Sai Hut Resort, which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and the service was warm. Breakfast was included. 🥐☕ The breakfast was so delicious I wanted to order more.
One of the highlights of this trip was visiting Koh Nang Yuan. The water here is incredibly clear! 🐠🌊 So clear you could clearly see the fish swimming around. If you're planning to go, I recommend going early in the morning around 9:00 AM when there aren't many people. It's a great way to stroll, take photos, or just relax.
Overall, this trip was a truly memorable one. I truly enjoyed my stay and the beautiful sea. I highly recommend everyone to experience it at least once. 🏝️✨

🏝️ Koh Nang Yuan, Surat Thani Province
#GetDiscountWithoutLuck Koh Nang Yuan 🌴💙 is a true paradise for sea lovers! For Gen Z who are bored with cafes in the city and want to switch to slow-life mode in the middle of the clear sea, I must say that you have to come here!
Koh Nang Yuan is near Koh Tao, Surat Thani, but the highlight is the "three islands connected by a white sandbar" that nature created itself, no CG! 🌊🏝️ This angle is extremely iconic, like walking on heaven in the middle of the sea. Take a picture here and post it on IG or TikTok, every frame is awesome. 📸✨
The sea water is so clear that you can see your own reflection. For those who like snorkeling, this is world-class! Lots of coral and fish, no need to go all the way to the Maldives. 🐠🐚
There are not many accommodations on the island, but the peace is a perfect ten! You can come sit by the sea, listen to the sound of the waves, or sip a cocktail under a coconut tree. It's the ultimate feeling. 🌴🥥
For those who are into nature If you like minimalism without much decoration, you have to pin Koh Nang Yuan. Then you will know that “You don’t have to go far…just relax your mind with the clear sea. It’s like starting over with a soft reset.” 🌤️💦 #TheSeaIsBrainMedicine #NangYuanIsAmazing #BeautifulWithoutFilter

Visiting the observation area of Koh Nang Yuan was an amazing and wonderful experience. This area is one of the most important tourist destinations on the island, where visitors can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the island and the surrounding sea.
When I reached the top, I was amazed by the beauty of the view I enjoyed. The island, sandy beach, clear waters were spread out before my eyes, and I could also see other islands in the area. I could see the distant range on the horizon, which added to the charm and overall splendor of the scene.
After enjoying the breathtaking view, she decided to go back to the bottom of the island to explore more beaches and other tourist destinations. Visiting the observation area of Koh Nang Yuan was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Thailand.

Traveling to Koh Nang Yuan Viewpoint If you don't rent a submarine at various points on Koh Tao, you can rent a long-tail boat.
The cost of traveling back and forth by long-tail boat to Koh Nang Yuan is between 300 - 500 baht per person, depending on where you depart from. The boat will pick you up and drop you off. The staff on the island take good care of you and will call for you a boat. If you come from Mae Haad to Koh Nang Yuan Viewpoint, it takes about 30 minutes.
Walking or climbing up to the top of Koh Nang Yuan Viewpoint
Be careful, there are a lot of mosquitoes, really a lot, very big ones. If you normally call the mosquitoes to bite, there will definitely be at least several spots left. When you get close to the top of the mountain, the path is quite narrow. You have to crawl through two rocks. You have to wait until the top comes down first or wait until the bottom comes up and then the top comes down. It is not suitable for two people. The walk from the bottom to the viewpoint is about 20 minutes.
Opening hours for Koh Nang Yuan Viewpoint
Koh Nang Yuan is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. only. The entrance fee is collected from the moment you get to Koh Nang Yuan. Foreign prices are more expensive than Thais.
