This guy is rude, no manner at all. As a front office staff should be polite the guests. This guy didn't look at me, then said, give all the guests HKID for check in, but at that moment I came with kids who did not bring their ID (it's not necessary to bring along with if travel locally in Hong Kong, correct me if I'm wrong. This is because of colonial mindset being embedded and persist till today. 4) in fact, I have reserved for in-door swimming pool at 4:30pm, , I was thinking to keep my wallet in side the safety box, but has encountered the safety box was malfunction, due to the door cannot be closed.
