No. 431, Rua do Gomes, Macau
The Macau Grand Prix Museum officially opened on June 1, 2021. The expanded Macau Grand Prix Museum is four-storey high, with a total construction area six times larger than the previous Grand Prix Museum to approximately 16,000 square metres, providing visitors with Macau Grand Prix-related knowledge, entertainment, leisure and learning experiences.
There are four of us, three adults and one child. The admission fee is NT$80 per person. As for Xiaotao, if she is 12 years old or under, she can get in at half price, but she must show her ID to confirm. Each ticket is tied with a piece of tape and a plastic card. It can be used as a souvenir.

The ground floor has a special area commemorating the champion drivers of the first Grand Prix, a model of the Guia Circuit and facilities such as admission registration; the first floor focuses on the early Formula One cars and Formula 3 exhibits of the Macau Grand Prix, and has a highly restored Formula 3 simulator; the second floor is the Macau Grand Prix Motorcycle Race (MG), which includes a motorcycle deconstruction device and MG VR speed experience; the basement floor will highlight the Macau GT Cup and the Guia Race.
Motorcycle-Try the Macau track, put on the protective mask and turn on the VR goggles, immerse yourself in the scene, the screen is less blurry; if you feel uncomfortable, you can raise your hand to inform the staff
The GT Cup and Guia Race were thrilling, but I felt dizzy after playing them!
To further enhance the museum’s appeal and enrich the visitor experience, MGTO and Madame Tussauds Hong Kong are collaborating for the first time to exhibit wax figures of eight famous racing drivers at the Macau Grand Prix Museum starting from 27 March 2023. Of the eight wax figures, five are specially made by Madame Tussauds for this collaboration, namely, those of McDonald, Hazel, Rutter, Huff and Mortara, while those of Senna, Hamilton and Vettel are recasts. We stayed for more than two hours. This was our first visit after the renovation.
A good experience worth recommending! #MacauAttractions
