The top floor is 53m high and the view is amazing. It's also very close to Nagoya Port Aquarium, so I recommend visiting both. First, you can enjoy it with eel and rice as is, and then with condiments such as green onions and Japanese pepper. Finally, pour white dashi over it and serve it as ochazuke, giving it a 3-fold appeal. The grilled eel is cut into strips and covered in a sweet and spicy soy sauce. The plump eel and the sauce mix together, creating a delicious dish that is different from kabayaki. The rich flavor of the eel is given a refreshing taste by topping it with green onions and Japanese pepper. This light dish allows you to discover a different side to the eel's appeal. The final ochazuke, made with white dashi, has an exceptional taste. The fat from the eel permeates the broth, allowing you to enjoy the eel without getting bored. #nagoyatrip The service from the staff was really nice and friendly. The place is clean and comfortable. You may see the scenery of the sea, the port area, even to the city area. The Maritime museum also have detailed information for the diorama so it's easy to understand by foreign people.Make sure to purchase a ticket in combination with the Nagoya Public Aquarium. Personally, I don't think it's worth it if you purchase a ticket for this attraction only... unless you really enjoy a scenic view of the city and the ports of Nagoya.
