There are many breathtaking attractions in mainland China, and Wulong Tiankeng is definitely one of the most impressive. Besides being a filming location for the movie Transformers, it is also where The City of Golden Armor was shot 🎬. You can easily join a one-day or two-day tour from Chongqing, making it very convenient 👍. From the entrance, you can follow the steps down and soon reach the only man-made structure in the scenic area, the Tianfu Post Station. Sharp-eyed movie fans might find it familiar, and yes, you guessed it right, it's the one! Beyond the post station, the scenery becomes even more enchanting, with numerous waterfalls, small bridges, and rivers along the way. The fresh air filled with phytoncides is truly refreshing ❤️. I highly recommend spending a day visiting Wulong Tiankeng when you are in Chongqing to appreciate the wonders of nature. It is definitely worth the ticket price 👍.

I bravely ventured into the mountain city of Chongqing with my 65-year-old father! 5.11-5.14, there are not many people during this period, the weather is suitable, there is rain but not heavy, there is sunshine but not too strong. My dad and I walked more than 30K steps that day. We were hungry and tired. In the middle of the night, even McDonald's was closed, so we had to run and order a yogurt cow. Don’t say! Really delicious! Day 2: It’s a day of exploring the cenotes! Depart from Chongqing North at 8:30 and arrive in Wulong at 10:30. 11:45 Three Natural Bridges, 14:30 Longshuixia Crack. At 18:00, I ate bowls of mutton, which was ranked first on the must-eat list, and at 19:00 I returned to Chongqing North from Wulong. Day 3: Arrive at Shancheng Lane at 9:30, Shancheng Trail - Eighteen Ladders - Baixiang Street District - Baixiangju, 14:30 Huguang Guild Hall, 16:30 dinner at Yangjilongfu. Afterwards, we went to Daijia Lane - Kuixing Tower - back to Jiefangbei to pick up our luggage and arrived at Marriott at 20:30. I didn’t expect that there were shops selling Mahua everywhere in Chongqing. As a foreigner from Chongqing, my father and I often sigh that although we are on the first floor, we are on the top floor of other buildings. Also, because we are always climbing up hills and stairs, we sigh that the elderly here must be very agile. After I came back, my phone was full of photos of the river view, daytime, nighttime, cloudy, sunny, from all angles and locations, there must be hundreds of them! Oh yes, there is a little surprise! I was walking around Baixiangju under the scorching sun and was so tired. As a result, I managed to eat tangerines that cost 7 yuan per pound among a group of tangerines that cost 9 or 10 yuan per pound! Tian Sheng San Qiao (Three Natural Bridges) National Park is located in Wulong, about 150 kilometers from Chongqing. We took a day trip by train, which was very convenient. We spent around 2.5 hours leisurely exploring the park. On the way back, the bus will stop at a bus station first, then at the train station. Be careful not to get off at the wrong stop. We almost did, but luckily we asked in time. You can conveniently pay by scanning when you get on the bus.

The area around Zhuoshui ancient town is no exception. Entering the scenic area is a descent from top to bottom, walking to the ferry, where it was always assumed to be a boat ride. Before reaching the ferry, you pass through a karst cave with stalactites and sculptures, which is also quite distinctive. The much-anticipated dark river is at the ferry, the boats are very safe, and the ride is about 20 minutes, not too long, each boat has an automatic audio guide, and the boat will stop for a while at each attraction for photos. After the ferry, there is a section of the route that can be visited, and it is very close to the exit of the scenic area.
