#Observatory The parking lot is not large, so it was inconvenient, but the road to the observatory was full of hydrangeas, so it was very pretty. You can walk to the observatory, and when you go up, you can see Yeongsan River. It's a pretty place when the weather is clear.

I visited Yeongsan River Neureoji Observatory located in Donggang-myeon, Naju-si. The hydrangeas were beautifully in bloom on the way there, and although they were not in full bloom yet, I could imagine how beautiful they would be when they all bloomed in mid-June. The observatory had a beautiful view and the terrain of the Korean Peninsula. It has not been developed as a tourist destination for long, so it is not a place that many people visit yet, but it was a place worth stopping by when you are nearby. It was great to be able to stand on the observatory where the Yeongsan River meanders and take in the scenery at a glance.
