I visited the popular sushi restaurant in Fukuoka, Sushi Sakaba Sashisu Kitte Hakata (すし酒場 さしす) recommended by my Japanese girlfriend. The tuna belly was so soft that it melted in my mouth, and the salmon and salmon roe gunkan were so fresh that I was amazed while eating them.
