#Spring0yentrip I came to Guam with my family for the first time in over 10 years. Due to the effects of COVID-19, typhoon damage, and the weak yen, the bustle of the area has yet to be fully enjoyed, but the beautiful ocean and sunsets remain unchanged and I thoroughly enjoyed life there. This time, I tried to travel via the Philippines using a cheap ticket, but this led to disaster. I was informed for the first time that I needed to apply for ESTA when I checked in on the outbound flight! I was unable to apply in time immediately afterwards, so my round-trip ticket was treated as a no-show and I had to cancel the round-trip (for personal reasons). TRIP.com was very helpful in providing me with a ticket via Korea as an emergency measure. In the end, the financial burden was very high, but I would like to use this as a learning experience and make the most of it for my next trip ^_^
