I had the pleasure of staying at this property for three nights during my first visit to Vietnam. The staff was wonderful， the facilities were nice and abundant， and it met the standards I've experienced at other Asian properties. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 a.m. from Tokyo， and the staff， noticing my status， whisked us up to the 5th-floor lounge for breakfast (plenty of options including pho， pastries， fruit， and other delights) while they checked on our room， checked us in， and made us comfortable. We were ready to leave our bags and go for a walk， but this was clearly a better option. They provide complimentary afternoon tea with snacks from 2-4 and dinner at 6， which is a great option if you're too tired to go out. We would stop by for a snack and then explore some local street foods. The pool is heated to 31.3°C， and the gym offers a nice variety of equipment. We chose to have breakfast in the main restaurant because the selection there is even more extensive than in the already wonderful lounge. We used Grab to and from the airport， which was easy and cheap (137k dong = $5 USD). During our stay， I chatted with Ngoc Huynh in the lounge several times， and she provided me with city information and excellent food recommendations based on where the locals eat. She was tremendously knowledgeable and informative about VN history and culture， which was greatly appreciated as a first-time visitor. The staff at the Saigon Cafe was attentive in the morning and always ready to assist. Thi， Quynh， and Hoa Huynh frequently offered us extra coffee， soup， or anything we needed. We walked around most places， and it’s easy to navigate. If you're planning a trip to SGN， consider staying at the Sheraton Saigon Opera House.

There were a lot of tables and chairs next to the beds, so I think it would be okay even if there were a lot of people. The photo was taken in the evening, but you can swim until 9pm, so please note. However, it's a bit cold in the evening, so I recommend swimming during the day. ㅎㅎㅎ
