Songaksan trekking is a journey where you can experience the most beautiful nature and historical traces in Jeju. Although Songaksan is not high at 104 meters above sea level, the path to the top runs along the sea, making it perfect for walking while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. The view of the southwestern sea of Jeju unfolding beneath your feet changes with the light, creating new scenes at every moment. During the trek, you pass by two craters, and the crater touching the sea offers a unique landscape that is hard to find elsewhere. When you reach the top, you are greeted with the majestic view of Hallasan on one side and the peaceful coastline blending Gapado and Marado on the other. At that moment, it feels as if you are standing at the edge of the world. The walking trail of Songaksan is not very difficult, so anyone can walk it without much burden. Throughout the walk, you can feel the surrounding nature and historical traces, leaving a deep impression on travelers.
