Day 1 Depart from Thailand Arrive in Singapore, check in at Beary Best hostel, in the evening walk to find something to eat in China Town Day 2 Wake up early and travel to Sentosa Island by taking the MRT purple or orange line to Harbourfront Station Then choose to continue your journey by the following methods: 1. Sentosa Express Exit E at VivoCity, open daily from 07.00-24.00 hrs., fare S$ 4 2. Singapore Cable Car Exit B, open daily from 08.30-22.00 hrs., fare Adults S$ 26, children S$ 15 3. Sentosa Boardwalk Exit C, a walkway across the sea suitable for those who are not in a hurry, walk and relax, entrance fee S$ 1 per person per entry-exit, open 24 hours a day Activities on Sentosa Island include: - Visit Universal Studio Singapore theme park - Beach Station, the final station, nearby there will be a Wings of Time show (19:40/20:40, admission fee $ 10-18) - Siloso Beach From Beach Station (Transfer Hub) You can travel by Sentosa Beach Tram: Get off at Siloso Beach - Palawan Beach From Beach Station (Transfer Hub) You can travel in 2 ways by bus By public bus on the island: Sentosa Bus B Get off at Palawan Beach By Sentosa Beach Tram Get off at Palawan Beach A small island that is the southernmost point of the Asian continent Day 3 Wake up early to take a photo with Merlion by exiting MRT Raffles Place Station (Exit H) and then take a photo to check in at Fort Canning Underground Crossing. How to get there: Get off at MRT Dhoby Ghaut Station Exit B, then go for a walk in Suntec City Mall, find something to eat, and go down to the Fountain of Wealth, which is the largest fountain in the world, built according to Chinese Feng Shui principles. You can come and touch it to ask for good fortune. How to ask for a blessing Walk down below Use your right hand to touch the fountain and walk clockwise 3 times (touch times 10:00-12:00/14:00-16:00/18:00-19:30). When walking around the mall, wait for the evening (20:00/20:30/21:00). This fountain will have a light show. Day 4 Wake up early to see the view on Henderson Bridge, a bridge made of wood connected in the shape of a wave and is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore. How to get there: Take the MRT purple or yellow line and get off at Harbourfront Station, VivoCity Exit, then walk to the bus stop for bus lines 131 and 145. It takes about 15 minutes. Then go shopping at Orchard Road. How to get there: Exit E from Orchard MRT Station to enter the basement of the mall. Continue up the escalator and you will see the front of ION Orchard mall, Wisma Atria mall (or exit MRT Orchard station (Exit D), walk along Orchard Road and you will see a large brown brick building, Ngee Ann City mall, with a fountain in front. When you are in front of Takashimaya mall, cross the road to the opposite side and you will see Paragon mall. If you walk along Orchard Road to the left, you will see Lucky Plaza mall. Stop by and shop for cheap products. End with TANGS mall. In front of this mall with a green Chinese roof, there is an entrance to Orchard MRT station. Day 5 In the morning, go to Gardens by the Bay. How to get there: Exit Bayfront station (Exit B) and enter the Flower Dome (takes about 1-2 hours to walk around). 5. Exit the Flower Dome Continue to the Cloud Forest Waterfall Dome (walk around for about 1-2 hours). In the evening, travel to Marina Barrage, the largest dam in Singapore. On the 2nd floor of the building, there is a museum for visitors (free/open 9:00-21:00). How to get there: By bus to Marina Barrage (bus fare $0.78) or exit the MRT Marina Bay Station (Exit B) and take bus number 400. Day 6 Return to Thailand

We had an amazing experience watching the fireworks from the Helix Bridge! The architecture itself is fascinating, and it gets illuminated with colorful lights at night. We arrived around 5:00 PM on National Day, and although the crowd was lined up, there was still standing room. Eventually, they closed the bridge around 6:30 PM, preventing more people from entering. Because of this, it can get very crowded, so make sure to arrive early to secure your spot! The view of Marina Bay and the fireworks was incredible, and the Helix Bridge is the perfect vantage point. We couldn't believe it was free. However, the entire area is not fully covered, so it won't provide the necessary shelter if it rains. We visited the bridge again during the day to observe the contrast between day and night, and it was still very much worth a short stop.

Beside is the Marina Bay Floating Platform, a multi purpose outdoor venue at the area of Marina Bay. The bridge links Marina Centre with the Marina South, in tourists terms, it is the linkway between Marina Bay Sands/Art Science Museum/ Gardens By The Bay towards Esplanade/Singapore Flyer and other Marina Bay area hotels. 

Even in 2022, it still looks futuristic, as taken at night, it is illuminated by lights creating a special starry night experience. Due to the tropical climate in Singapore, there are partial shades and shelter to cover pedestrians from the heat. Take note that you will still get wet on a rainy day. 

The bride is 280m long and have about 4 viewing pods to allow visitors to get nearer to the waterfront. It is also curved, which during the construction period face many difficulties to make sure it works and it is safe.

There are coloured letters, c and g, as well as a and t on the bridge which are lit up at night in red and green represent cytosine, guanine, adenine and thymine, the four bases of DNA. #cityscapes

Address - Helix Bridge, Marina Bay The Helix Bridge is a lengthy pedestrian bridge that connects the Marina Centre to the Marina Bay Sands area and was officially opened in July 2010! It was built to resemble the DNA structure, and it even has pairs of coloured DNA letters on the bridge that light up in green and red. I love how grand it looks and when the sunlight reflects off of its steel structures, it looks absolutely dazzling. One thing to note though is that it is not a sheltered bridge, so do remember to bring along an umbrella in case the weather turns around. Singapore Helix bridge is one of the newest bridge that first opened in year 2010. Visited this bridge just before our CB in 2020. The view is the best during the day and night. During the day especially in the morning or at evening , there are a lot of people jogging around this area. When I got here, it was around evening time. I managed to take some day pictures of this bridge. By the time it turned dark, all the lightings were out. It was even nicer and windy . Managed to capture some pictures of night lightings. Good place for relaxation and photo taking . This is one of the recommended place for couples to hang out there . Very romantic especially at night. The Helix Bridge, officially The Helix is the longest pedestrian bridge in Singapore, linking Marina Bay to Marina Centre. As the name implies, this bridge was designed with inspiration from the shape of DNA (Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid) which is a woven two helix (the word helix itself means a circular shape). At night, this bridge will look really beautiful because of the LED lights, inside will look bright white which is also useful for lighting the bridge itself and on the outside it will look bluish which also emphasizes the circular shape of the structure. A charming, clean, safe, and joyful city! Hello everyone! Today, Boom is taking you on a trip to Singapore! If you're looking for a country that's easy to travel to, clean, safe, and packed with fun activities, Singapore is definitely on the list. This time, Boom enjoyed a full 5-day, 4-night trip, and every day was filled with charm and delight. I hope everyone can follow in my footsteps! ⸻ Day 1: Welcome to Jewel Changi Airport 🌿💦 The trip started brightly as soon as I stepped into Changi Airport and saw Jewel Changi. I fell in love instantly! This place feels like a massive indoor garden, featuring the world's tallest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex, standing at 40 meters high. Walking in feels like entering a paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of cascading water. The air is refreshingly clean. There are plenty of cute cafes and restaurants here. I chose to sip on a matcha green tea frappe paired with a strawberry cake—sweet and soft, just perfect. It gave me the energy to continue exploring! ⸻ Day 2: City views at Marina Bay Sands and a stroll at Gardens by the Bay 🏙️🌸 This morning, I woke up early to visit the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands (MBS) for a 360-degree view of the city and Singapore Bay. The view was stunning, with a cool breeze adding to the experience. Walking around the Helix Bridge and the beautiful buildings here felt like being in a Hollywood movie. Next, I headed to Gardens by the Bay, a spectacular garden featuring giant Supertrees. These steel trees light up at night with a mesmerizing sound and light show. Watching it at night was magical, like stepping into a fairy tale world. But that's not all! There are also the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. I particularly loved the Cloud Forest, with its indoor waterfall and cool atmosphere—it felt like being in a futuristic rainforest. ⸻ Day 3: Adventure at Universal Studios Singapore 🎢🎉 If you love theme parks, I highly recommend Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island. There are various rides here, including Jurassic Park, Transformers, Madagascar, and more. I had a blast on the thrilling rides and enjoyed the adorable kids' zones. I also watched a parade featuring cute cartoon characters. The staff here were friendly and provided excellent service. For photography enthusiasts, the vibrant atmosphere offers countless photo spots. I had so much fun taking pictures! ⸻ Day 4: Shopping and dining at Orchard Road and Hawker Center 🛍️🍜 Shopaholics shouldn't miss Orchard Road, Singapore's famous shopping street. I strolled through several malls and found plenty of cute items. After shopping, I tried local dishes at a nearby Hawker Center. There were so many options, including Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, chili crab, and Singapore-style bolognese soup. The flavors were rich, sweet, and spicy—absolutely worth trying every dish! ⸻ Day 5: Exploring Chinatown and Little India 🎨🌶️ For cultural experiences, you must visit Chinatown and Little India. Chinatown is a hub for souvenirs, clothing, and sweet treats like mango sticky rice. Little India, on the other hand, is vibrant and colorful, with the aroma of spices filling the air. I browsed beautiful home decor items and sampled cute Indian sweets—it felt like walking through an authentic Indian market. ⸻ Final Day: Relaxing by the sea at Sentosa Island 🏖️🐬 Before heading home, I wrapped up the trip with a visit to Sentosa Island. The white sandy beaches and clear waters were perfect for relaxation. I watched a fountain show and visited the aquarium, where adorable dolphins performed. 🏖️Atmosphere: We arrived at the Golden Sands Hotel in the evening and walked directly to the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest! Due to thunder, the outdoor garden of the Golden Sands Hotel was temporarily closed to the public. 💞Recommendation reason: I walked to the Helix Bridge again. This was not my original itinerary, but it was beautiful here! Although I couldn’t reach the top floor of the hotel, under the lights of the Helix Bridge, the Sands Hotel looked stunning, very suitable for couples to visit! 🏖️Facilities: Beautiful lighting and good atmosphere
