Recently went to the Peninsula Chinese Restaurant for dinner 🍽, I was thinking of trying their Japanese cuisine 🍣, taking advantage of Christmas 🎄 a day of universal celebration, full of atmosphere of the festival, of course, there is an excuse for myself and friends to celebrate 🥳, did not disappoint me, enjoyed a pleasant dinner 🥢!

🔸Kanagawa Prefecture Octopus
Octopus 🐙 sashimi + suction cup, plus grapefruit peel & basil leaves, crisp mouthfeel, easy to eat the freshness of the ingredients.
🔸Royal Crystal Caviar with Hokkaido Horse Manure Seaweed
The middle layer has Hokkaido matsutake crab🦀 & seaweed salmon soup jelly, the bottom layer is made of Hokkaido mussels into the soup, one bite to eat all the ingredients freshness. Horse manure seaweed💛 Quite sweet, the whole is very fresh, the taste is unusually rich.
🔸Kantō Liao ginseng stuffed in the belly of squid
The top layer is made with golden French mullet seeds, the broth is boiled with Spanish black hair pig🐽, and served with Japanese hexagonal vegetables + goji berries + chrysanthemums for decoration, thoughtfully like a work of art.

The seaweed flavor is quite sweet, the seaweed is crispy enough, simply using the secret light soy sauce is already delicious.

🔸Hokkaido Soy Milk Frozen Fuku Bag
Baked crispy bean curd skin wrapped in rich soy milk ice cream, quite smooth and heavy bean flavor 🖤, the bottom layer is used with fried germ crispy with white chocolate crumbs to match, then sprinkled with soy sauce black sugar sauce, with gold foil ✨ decoration. The whole taste is rich and sweet, with rich layers of palate, and the presentation is quite exquisite.

A sweet wine 🥃 with white sesame seeds made into pudding & Japanese rich persimmons, plus fried almonds & sweet jelly, the taste is relatively bland but not simple! (One spoon to the end: one sip of sweet wine, one sip of dessert)

The taste is quite rich, full of black sesame aroma, the chocolate is very mellow.
