The appetizer starts with a cold onion soup, with sea urchin at the bottom of the cup and onion crisps on top, stir well and drink together, very creative💞

It looks like a fruit tart, but surprisingly it's horse mackerel, fresh and sweet with avocado sauce, a special flavor💞

The vanilla bread is very soft, served with homemade sauce (sea salt, sour cream, cheese, and burnt butter), so delicious that you'll want an encore💞

Japanese squid, paired with shredded white asparagus, topped with caviar and grapefruit, rich in layers💞

Beautiful presentation! The scallops are thick, paired with ice fish, and served with a sauce made from field mustard, really thoughtful💞

Slow-cooked French pigeon, very tender and smooth to the taste💞
▪️A4 Omi Wagyu. Manganji Pepper. Potato
Featuring A4 Omi Wagyu, chosen to be medium-rare, rich in fat, and melts in your mouth💞

Starting with the first dessert, featuring Hokkaido melon and Xizhang Hami melon, osmanthus jelly, plus raspberry sorbet, very refreshing💞

Lemon meringue pie, mugwort ice cream, topped with white chocolate powder. Especially love the meringue pie, sour and sweet, very appetizing💞
