🍂🌳The autumn wind is slightly cool, and the persimmon trees in Xixi Wetland are quietly turning red. Hidden in a corner of Xixi, Moshou Xixi has 66 native persimmon trees, and the park is full of seasonal poems about growth, harvest, and sharing. The name "Moshou" is also a mystery, referring to the last fruit left on the tree by the farmer, implying sharing and gratitude with nature.
Moshou Xixi innovatively interprets the first persimmon soul into dishes, and now it is version 6.0. The chef is not limited to tradition, and uses the pulp, leaves, and branches of persimmons in the dishes, and also uses persimmons to make wine and vinegar. The entire persimmon feast tells the story of autumn:

What surprised me the most was this 🐟"Persimmon Vinegar Xixi Fish". Inspired by the famous Hangzhou dish West Lake Vinegar Fish, it is made with persimmons in the park to make persimmon vinegar. The fruity and sweet and sour persimmon vinegar is soaked in tender fish, and every bite is the taste of autumn!

Dessert is the finishing touch! The chef uses molecular cooking techniques to break and recombine persimmons, and the soft persimmon mud also hides the sweetness of peanuts. One bite, as if tasting the whole autumn~
