Strahan Village is located on the far west coast of tasmania island, roughly about a 4 hour drive from the main town of hobart. Strahan Village is an old town that has many rustic costages and little home where its beautifully bulit up that looks like the olden times of wild wild west. Tourists do come here for the river cruises of Gordon River and the popular Macquarie Harblur Historic Site where this is a historic site and remains of the 19th century leftover settlements.
