· Don’t jump or run on the first day at high altitude, avoid showering within 24 hours, drink plenty of warm water and eat light food, walk slowly and don’t rush to easily say goodbye to altitude sickness
· Gannan’s temperature difference between morning and night can exceed 10℃, bring windbreakers and warm jackets, don’t wait until you’re shivering to regret it
· The plateau UV rays are extremely strong, wear sunglasses, high SPF sunscreen, and a sun hat when going out, or you’ll get sunburned for sure
· At Labrang and Gemo Monasteries, don’t step on thresholds, don’t photograph monks, don’t touch prayer flags, turn prayer wheels clockwise, respect Tibetan customs for peace of mind
· Zhagana and Lianbaoyeze have many steps and strong winds, take your time touring and avoid risky photo spots
· Grasslands are windy and cold, don’t just focus on looking good in photos, always carry a jacket, don’t tough it out and catch a cold
