The West Sea is so pretty during the day and at sunset🧡
You can enjoy the wide open West Sea with a cup of coffee, and you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset at sunset. I think this is the unique advantage and specialness of this place. It is famous for Yeonggwang oysters, but the sunset is more beautiful than any other city.
I recommend the beautiful West Sea Ocean View Cafe Bori that I met there🧡

Hiking Mt. Bulgapsan in Yeonggwang
#Hiking
Bulgapsan is 516m high and its main peak is Yeonsilbong. Originally, it was called Moaksan, meaning 'mother of mountains' because the cozy shape of the mountain resembled a mother, but it is said that the name of the mountain was changed to Bulgapsan when Bulgapsa Temple was built during the Baekje period, taking its name from the Buddhist character '불(佛)' and the first character '갑(甲)' of the 60-year cycle. The forest is dense and the mountain has a cozy terrain, and rare plants such as zelkova and acacia trees form a native community. It is good for a quiet hike because there are not many people, and the beautiful autumn foliage is especially famous. On January 10, 2019, the Bulgapsan area, including Bulgap-myeon and Myoryang-myeon, was designated and announced as a provincial park. The hiking trail is quite simple, but since I mostly hike alone, I went up a hiking trail that seemed like it would get me to the summit faster, but I got lost. When hiking, let's only go up the summit hiking trail. #Glory #Bulgapsan

Spring trip to the first place where Buddhism arrived in Baekje
#SpringTravel
The first place where Buddhism in Baekje came is known as the place where the Indian monk Marananta came to Baekje and spread Buddhism and Buddhism. In 1998, Dongguk University professors discovered through academic research and verification that the current Yeonggwang Beopseongpo area was the starting point of Buddhism in Baekje. Yeonggwang-gun developed a tourist attraction in the current Beopseongpo area to commemorate this. Marananta is known to have come to the current Yeonggwang area during the Baekje Dynasty and spread Buddhism to Baekje. Beopseong-myeon’s Beopseongdo is also known to have the Buddhist law (法) and the saint (聖) meaning Marananta. Iljumun is a gateway in the Indian Gandhara style, and there is a Gandhara Relics Museum and a main hall where Gandhara Buddhist relics are exhibited.

Bulgapsa Temple, where you can see beautiful azaleas
#Hanok #Hot place #Temple #Good place to take pictures
Bulgapsa Temple in Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do, has no separate admission fee and is known as one of the three major places to see red peonies in Korea.
It is a place where beautiful red flowers and temples come together to create a place overflowing with traditional Korean beauty.
We recommend visiting between September and October.
The parking lot facilities are also well-constructed, which is nice.

Jeju Emotional Cafe operated by reservation system
I'd like to introduce you to a Jeju-sense cafe that opened on Yeonggwang Baeksu Coastal Road, famous for its sunset restaurants. 〰️
It's right in front of the sea, and there are pretty barley plants,
and it even operates on a reservation system, so you can visit Kosicook with a little peace of mind.
There are a lot of photo zones, and it's divided into Building A, Building B, and terrace seats,
so you can enjoy it according to the atmosphere you want.
Since it's right in front of the sea, the terrace seats were popular,
and I sat on the terrace seat. 🌊
Actually, I made a reservation for the sunset time,
but there were clouds, so I couldn't see the sunset🥲
But it was really nice to drink a drink while looking at the wide open sea!!
Next time, I definitely want to go back at sunset on a nice day🧡
You can make a reservation through Naver,
and you pay an entrance fee of 7,000 won and choose a drink.
Actually, it's a restaurant with a great view, and since they charge an entrance fee,
I didn't expect much about the taste of the drinks,
but even the drinks were really delicious 👍
I had grapefruit honey black tea and green grape ade,
and I highly recommend the grapefruit honey black tea :)
Drive along the Yeonggwang Baeksu Coastal Road,
and visit the pretty Cafe Barley!

Fog falling over the flower pots, sunrise and hanbok walking among them.
#FallTravel
The sunrise shining through the fog of Miljae that made everyone there let out a low gasp.
The flower pots of Miljae were falling more than I thought, and the flower pots of Bulgapsa Temple were already falling, so I was a little disappointed, but when I saw the results, I thought it was a good idea to visit that day.
The hanbok I wore this time was Arihanbok, and as soon as I saw this hanbok, I thought I had to visit Miljae, so I went right away.
The flower pots were already falling, but the photos were so pretty that I briefly recorded them on my feed and saved them so you should definitely visit next year❤️

I visited Chilsan Tower, where you can see the Yeonggwang sea at a glance!
The high Chilsan Observatory that you can see as soon as you arrive
The weather was nice that day, so the view of Chilsan Tower and the sky from afar was really nice!
I took the elevator to go up to the 111m high observatory!
The ocean view from the elevator window was good the whole way up!
The ocean view from the wide window that you can see as soon as you arrive at the observatory! It was cool and the floor was made of glass so I was shivering🥲
I couldn't walk on the glass floor so I kept shivering 👍🏻
But I had a really great time!
The telescope was also free to use so that was nice too♥️
It's great to enjoy the view of the Jeonnam sea from Yeonggwang Chilsan Tower!

Bulgap Reservoir Waterfront Park
Here in autumn and beautiful colors, I went to Pollack Pugi Park in Korea during the fall. It was a special experience. The park is located next to Pollack Tank and is characterized by its tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking scenery 🍂. During this season, the surrounding trees turned warm shades of orange and yellow, creating a captivating sight along the reservoir's edge.
Walking along the paved paths was relaxing as I enjoyed the breeze and the scent of fallen leaves 🍁. There were dedicated spaces to sit and rest, which gave me the opportunity to reflect on the beauty of nature. Pollack Pugi Park in autumn is an ideal destination for those looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the scenery 🍁.

Fojia Temple ~ a great place to feel the Zen nature!
#seoulattractions
When I climbed up the naturally formed stone steps, I saw the magnificent Buddha inside the Cheonwangmun Gate. It is said that these Buddha statues were originally located in the Yeonjesa Temple founded by Dosun Guoshi of Xingdeok, North Jeolla Province. It was not until the 7th year of Emperor Gaozong's reign that Zen Master Xuedou rebuilt Fojia Temple and then moved it from the abandoned Yuanqi Temple to its current location!
As soon as you enter Bulgapsa Temple, you will first see the dense natural woods formed around Iljumun, followed by the various main halls of Bulgapsa Temple, the most conspicuous one being Bulgapsa Main Hall. If you want to feel the Zen of nature, this is definitely the place to visit. It’s a great place~!

Why do I have to go to Hyunjin’s Gamjatang?
#JuneTravelSupportEvent I was traveling to Yeonggwang and was hungry so I was wondering where to eat. Then I asked the Yeonggwang residents for a restaurant recommendation and they recommended this place. There were many kinds of Gamjatang, and I had the Aged Kimchi Gamjatang. The meat was soft and the kimchi was very tasty. If you come to Yeonggwang, I recommend you stop by.

I went to Yeonggwang Arts Center
#JuneTravelSupportEvent I went to the arts center because they said they were putting on a puppet show. I visited the arts center to see a puppet show, but before I went, I thought local arts centers would be different from Seoul, but it wasn't like that at all. It was a large theater, and the lighting, chairs, and stage were all nice. The center itself was spacious, and there were things inside that kids would like, so everyone was busy taking pictures. Haha. I think it would be nice to come to the center like this in the summer.

I went to the famous restaurant in Yeonggwang, Santobul
#JuneTravelSupportEvent A delicious restaurant located in Yeonggwang! Some people know it as a restaurant specializing in chueotang, but the meat here is steamed ㅠㅠ It's so delicious that I can't stop reaching for it, and it comes with aged kimchi, which goes great with the meat. It's a great harmony of flavors. Meat is always meat, but it seems even more delicious here.

Birthplace of Baekje Buddhism
#koreatrip It is a Buddhist holy site located in Yeonggwang. You can see various temples and sculptures. There is no admission fee.
The wide sea and various Buddhist buildings are beautiful.
On one side of the mountain where Baekje Buddhism first arrived, there is a forest called Supjagi Flower Garden, home to a colony of Geumgye Guk. The overall scenery is beautiful.
A place where you can see mountains with protruding rocks, wide rice paddies, and vast fields all in one place. The architecture of the destination also gives an exotic feeling. A place worth visiting at least once.

Baeksu Coastal Road
#koreatrip This is a coastal road adjacent to the west coast at the western end of Baeksu-eup, Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do.
This road is built on a coastal cliff and is a popular driving course with an unobstructed view all the way to the horizon, and the sunset is spectacular. Personally, I really liked the view of the stormy sea.
Nearby Beopseongpo is famous for its gullbi dish, and it would be nice to also enjoy a walk in the forest, the first place of Buddhism in Baekje.

There are various event sites next to the wide glutinous barley field!
Get stamps while threshing barley, making rice cakes, and catching loaches
and get gifts later💕
The best part of the event is the food!!!
The price is also a bargain👍🏻 The taste of mothers🌸 is crazy
Jeolla-do food is delicious🫶

Beauty of birthplace of Baekje Buddhism
This place is said to have been created by recreating the Baekje royal palace for the first time in Korea, and it is said that construction began in 2001 and completed in 10. It was developed and operated in the original country, but it has been commissioned to Hotel Lotte since 2018. There are also resorts, golf courses, and outlets operated by Lotte nearby. You can see "Sabigung" over the wide lawn. In the Sabigung Palace, the main building, "Cheonjeongjeon" is located in the middle, and there are Indeokjeon e Mudeokjeon e Yeonyeongjeon used by bureaucrats on both sides.
It was fun to walk through the pretty buildings and see the structures and colorful patterns of various buildings, and it was fun to see the icicles hanging from the eaves because it was winter.
In 2024, I wish to visit this beautiful place again.
