so good! such a nice and spacious place with anything you may need - oven, stovetop, fridge, dining table and much more. great value for money and excellent staff service even when checking in after hours. very much recommend for groups of 2-4 staying on a budget.
Lovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!

PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent.
I highly share this hotel.
Location and amenities are great. In the middle of nice cafes and restaurants. Very nice to have hotel the partner with a full 24h fledged gym just 200m away too.
Bar at the first floor of the hotel is nice with very friendly crew.
There are 4 sets of washers and dryers but 2 were out of order.
There was one night the room keeper didn’t throw my rubbish overflowing in the bin.

This hotel is decent, feels more like an upscale domestic chain. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel was fully booked, with a constant flow of guests. I also noticed many airline staff staying here.
We booked a twin room. The room wasn't huge, but thankfully there was still enough space for two large suitcases. The best thing about this hotel is its excellent location. We walked to Central and St. Paul's Cathedral. Chinatown nearby offers a wide variety of food and drinks, and there's also a large Coles supermarket close by for supplies.
During our stay, the hotel offered a 'no housekeeping, get a restaurant voucher' service. If you don't need daily housekeeping, this is a pretty good deal. Finally, a quick note: they don't accept cash for the deposit; only card payments! I used a pre-authorization from my China Merchants Bank card. The front desk said it might take over ten business days to refund the deposit depending on the card, but surprisingly, I received it the day after checking out, which was quite reasonable.
Stayed in motel style accommodation. The bed was comfortable and room is spacious.
The shower room is, quite outdated and they use shower curtain. Looked a bit like locker room shower. They provide body soap /shampoo all in one that attached to a wall.
There is not much amenities other than coffee sachets and tea bags and milk in the fridge.
Air-conditioning is strong but loud. Luckily I didn't need to leave it on at night.
There is no power point next to TV which was a bit annoying.
The location is great as it is only 20 mins walk to the town center.

Good location right opposite Flinders Street Station and on the free tram line, spacious rooms and lots of bathrooms available, friendly staff and lots of free activities to get involved in which was a good way to meet people. Lift to all floors and staff on site 24 hours.
Rooms and bathrooms didn’t seem to be cleaned much however, showers had hair in the drain the whole time, and general mess on bedroom floors not ever hoovered up in the 5 days I was there. My bed had a broken USB port however there were two sockets available, and the storage shelf would not shut as the latch was broken - I was offered a lock to purchase to shut this.
The building and interior were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The King Den and King Studio rooms don’t differ much, so the King Den is more than sufficient. While it’s not close to the city and doesn’t offer much of a view, it’s quiet and reasonably priced, which is a big advantage. There’s plenty of parking around the hotel, making it convenient if you have a car. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff were kind. The gym was also clean and well equipped.
Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. My apartment clearly had not been clean thoroughly with food left in the fridge from a previous guest and bed sheets were not tucked in properly. Apartment looked dark and gloomy due to the colors of the carpet and Furniture with numerous scuff marks on the white walls. Maintenance needs some serious attention.
The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning.
Easy check out. Location ok.
Not worth for the price we paid.

Had a lovely stay at Bimbi Park, the deluxe cabin was nice and comfy with all the basic amenities plus the amazing full glass panel view of the plain where natural moonlight at night makes it even more magical. We also enjoyed the mini golf , managed to spot a few koalas high up above the branches outside of our cabin and also at the mini golf range. Too bad didn't spot any kangaroos, but plenty of different species of birds out in there! Would be lovely if the cabin comes with binocular that we can use for wild life watching.
Service was great, we arrived late and had to call the number at reception, they were very helpful. The room was nice and cosy, the bathroom was lovely and the location was perfect.
It's a big place, a pretty big RV campground, and the cabin has a nice environment. Although it's close to the roadside, it's pretty quiet at night because the site is big enough.
CCarla H.Super much space, dining room, kitchen integrated with all the trimmings, separate toilet for shower, two rooms to sleep. The highway is not heard. Although designed as a holiday park everything is quiet.
The facilities were complete, the environment was quiet, and the stay was quite comfortable. Breakfast, chocolate, and orange juice were included. The ski resort was accessible early the next morning; the Google Maps address was correct.
