Great location right next to the metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around. It was easy to get to the usual touristy places by foot. We had a suite and it was more like an apartment - living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture looked a bit old and tired but it's ok if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. There are some drinks and vending machines at the lobby if you need something late night but can't be bothered to walk to the shops. The check in was smooth albeit lacking in enthusiasm. We didn't hear much noise at night primarily because the windows were facing another building. Overall, a nice stay.
Fantastic location right at the Brussels Midi station. Lovely staff who could speak multiple languages and breakfast ofger good varieties for options. The city centre is about 22 minutes' walk and quite navigable with the Google map app. Very good overall.

Overall the hotel is nice, the service is good but they only provide shower gel. Lucky I hv the habit to bring all my shower stuff on my own.
I like the area, very convenience to find food and a lot of shops area that area.
If you don’t like noisy place then this hotel is not suitable for you as we are very near to a lot of restaurants and bar so at night it is abit noisy
I stayed in ibis Brussel midi only 1 night. I got really good service from staff. There are several services provided in hotel, including bar zone and common space. Moreover, it’s very close to the midi station and market, thus it is very convenient to stay. However, it takes only 15 minute from other attractions if you wish to walk. I recommend to stay here.
The location is very good. It's close to the station. There is also a direct train to the airport. There is a supermarket nearby within a 10-minute walk. Many people say that the security is not very good, but I feel that the accommodation is not bad these days. There is a limited supply of Belgian waffles or croissants in the hotel lobby every day. , the room is clean and tidy, there is a small kitchen for cooking, all pots and pans are available, it is highly recommended
The location was convenient for me due to a conference at the Université Libre de Bruxelles which is 20’ away on foot. Value for money was also good. However, as these are apartments with a kitchen you can get a taste of previous guests’ cooking. I suppose it’s very difficult to clean a kitchen thoroughly after it has been in use for a few years. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. An ok place overall.

Fridge in the room is better. Service was excellent. Food was quite good. Maybe you can give tee bags in the room for the tee-lovers every day, but it is not important. We were very satisfied.

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby.
Room is clean and comfortable.
But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient.
Reception staffs are really nice and helpful.
But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them.
We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night.
Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged.
When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience.
As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable.
In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again.

Very Good
Ggoldtree007The room was very good! The bedroom and bathroom were reasonably divided, clean and tidy. It was next to the EU headquarters, in the city center, and very convenient to the airport by bus No. 12. The waiters were warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel again in the future.
GGuest UserThe front desk is very kind and there is an idol at the front desk laughter
The location was great and the room was clean.
The walls are thin and I can hear the voice of the next room, but I am very satisfied with this price!
