Pet friendly Hotels in Guizhou, China

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, but some things aren't very practical, like the lighting being too dim and the light switches not being well-placed. Environment: The design is beautiful; the old house renovation is very tastefully done. The room style is minimalist yet well-designed. Cleanliness: There were some cleanliness issues; the blanket had some stains. Service: The housekeeper contacted us in advance and recommended some good local restaurants. However, they might be short-staffed as the front desk was often unattended. One issue was that the room was very large, but there was heavy rain that night, and the toilet leaked. It's an old house, so it's understandable, but it still needs to be repaired promptly.

The scenery is beautiful! The B&B service is excellent and very thoughtful! They offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks, all exquisite and delicious! Loved it! The staff (the 'little brothers' as we affectionately called them) were all so kind, meticulous, and attentive. One of them even took some amazing photos for us. If we hadn't had other plans, we would have definitely stayed another day. When leaving the Miao Village, I forgot my DJI drone either at 'Sky's Rooftop' or 'Cattle Shed Camp.' One of the staff members enthusiastically helped me find it and even arranged for it to be sent to the bullet train station (I was incredibly touched)!!!

I booked a two-night package deal and it was incredible value for money. The hotel's overall service was excellent. The package included breakfast and a double sour fish hotpot meal at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was really extensive, with a great selection of breads, noodle soups, hot and cold dishes, fruit, and steamed dim sum. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, conveniently located between the first and second tourist centers, just over a kilometer away. It's easy to get a taxi or drive there yourself. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with lots of restaurants, snacks, and late-night food. The hotel also has a laundry room, gym, and other recreational facilities on the basement level. Plus, there's a private outdoor pool and a lovely lawn, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

From my room, I could see Zhusheng Bridge and the Qinglong Cave ancient building complex. The rooftop cafe offers a beautiful night view, which is a big plus. The hotel 'housekeeper' (concierge/manager) was a very kind lady.

Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall.

The check-in experience was very good, the mattress was comfortable, hygienic and clean, the water came out quickly and the water temperature was just right, and the room was tidy. The aunt in the guest room is very kind and helpful, quick and thoughtful. I will choose it again next time I come to Zunyi!

The hotel's exterior is elegant and suitable for taking photos, but the rooms are just average. The cleanliness is so-so, with some food scraps left by previous guests on the floor in the corners. The overall layout of the rooms is a bit cramped. Because it's a garden-style building, it only has two or three floors and no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk a bit from the hotel lobby to your room, and the path is winding. You can only get to your room by going up the stairs. Another big problem for those who drive is that the parking lot is very small. Even in the off-season, the parking lot fills up quickly. If you arrive late, you have to park far away. Moreover, the parking spaces inside the hotel are very narrow and can only accommodate a few cars. In some spaces, two cars are parked behind each other, and there is no way for people to get out on either side. The left side is right next to a pillar, and the right side is right next to the car next to you. When the car next to you opens its door, it will definitely hit your car, otherwise you can't get in. You can imagine how narrow the parking spaces are. I originally booked two nights, but after staying one night, I canceled the one night and stayed at a hotel with a large parking lot instead.

First off, a big thank you to the luggage delivery staff. Our family of three had one large suitcase weighing about 40-50 pounds. The staff member carried it all the way from the Xiaobei Gate up to the hotel halfway up the mountain – a huge thanks again! The guesthouse seems to be run by a few young people, and they put a lot of effort into it. All the toiletries are brand-name, not super famous brands, but still quite good for a guesthouse. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the place is very clean. Oh, and the afternoon tea and Miao ethnic clothing experience are both free, which was a lovely touch. For breakfast, our family of three had three bowls of noodles, plus pastries, grains, and soy milk. They proactively offer tissues and remind you about breakfast, which is really thoughtful. The most important thing is the view – all three photos I uploaded were taken from the balcony. If you're wondering about the scenery, just take a look yourself. There's also a scenic balcony, a swing, and a pool.

On a business trip to Kaili, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, and the experience was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, making travel exceptionally convenient. The front desk staff was gentle and attentive, proactively recommending authentic sour soup noodles and sightseeing routes. My room was clean and quiet, and the Serta mattress provided a truly restful sleep; staying alone, I felt very secure. The breakfast was plentiful, perfect for filling up before heading out to explore the sights. The free parking and laundry room were both very practical. For a solo traveler, staying here felt safe and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
