Pet Friendly Hotels in Sichuan, China

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for photos. The hot tub and shower both have excellent water pressure, filling up the large tub quickly with plenty of hot water. The room is spacious, and most importantly, the service is outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They proactively brought us fruit, and any questions we had via WeChat were answered immediately. Traveling with kids meant we had a lot going on – milk tea spilled on the bed, accidentally locking a child in the room, then seven or eight food deliveries arriving – but they handled everything without a hint of impatience, resolving issues instantly. Oh, and food deliveries go to the front desk, and a staff member brings them to your room, always asking if it's convenient first, so no strangers just walk in. When we left, they even gave our child a really nice mosquito repellent bracelet. Our experience was fantastic; the service rivals that of a five-star hotel.

The room was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice. She answered all our questions in detail and even gave us travel tips, which was so thoughtful. The room itself was well-equipped. It's also very close to Baoguo Temple and the sightseeing bus stop, which was very convenient.

The environment here is absolutely amazing 👍🏻! If only my itinerary wasn't so packed, I could have easily spent a whole day enjoying the hotel even during the daytime 😊. My kids loved it too! We arrived too late for them to swim, but they still had a great time playing by the pool for a while. The restaurant downstairs was completely beyond my expectations. First, the ambiance was lovely. We happened to arrive at the hotel just in time for dinner, and we decided to eat there mainly because of the nice setting. To our surprise, the yak hotpot was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size! The next morning at breakfast, my child kept going back to the auntie for more rice noodles, asking her to cook it three times! 😁

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Chunxi Road where there's so much delicious food – seriously, everything was amazing! 🥰 It's also easy to get anywhere else from here, and the metro isn't far at all, no detours needed. The room was really comfortable; even after exhausting days exploring with my friends, I slept wonderfully. It was clean, quiet, and the facilities were new, making for a really pleasant stay 😊. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and always resolved any issues promptly, even late at night. I felt completely safe and taken care of!

This was truly an experience that exceeded all expectations. Nestled by the mountains and water, the scenery was picturesque. Stepping inside, the air was fresh and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided fresh fruit and drinks, and what delighted the children even more was the outdoor pool, where they could play in the water while admiring the beautiful mountain views of Jiuzhaigou at dusk. Understanding that we had an early start the next day, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us. The hotel's warm and attentive service was evident in every detail. If I have the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I will definitely choose 'Mushan Yingxue' (Snow Reflection on Twilight Mountains)!

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, I compared many hotels and B&Bs and finally chose this one, and I'm very satisfied! 👍 Before our stay, the concierge added me on WeChat and shared a travel guide in advance. When we arrived by car, there was someone to guide us to the hotel entrance. We gave the car keys to the front desk, and someone moved the car for us the next day, which was incredibly hassle-free. The hotel's tatami-style beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast on the second day also offered a great variety. On the morning of the second day, someone also drove us to the shuttle bus, the service was super good, and overall I was very pleased!

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

The experience of staying at Arukamba Danba Jiaju Manor far exceeded expectations. It was the most pleasant choice for my trip to Danba, and it also gave me a brand new feeling for the Tibetan-style accommodation experience. The hotel's supporting facilities are very intimate and comprehensive. Passengers who come by car do not need to worry about parking and energy replenishment. There is an exclusive parking lot at the door, and it is also intimately equipped with charging piles, which is fully humanized in the details. The environment of the hotel itself is impeccable. Tibetan architecture is integrated with the surrounding Jiaju Tibetan Village scenery. It is quiet and elegant and has regional characteristics. You can feel the strong Tibetan Village style during walking. What surprised me most was the viewing experience here: the Lianfeng Mountain View Room with a wide view, you can see the sacred Meldo Mountain in the room, and you can overlook the other two snowy mountains. The mountain scenery in the morning mist and sunset is so beautiful that people can't open their eyes; The observation deck on the fifth floor of the hotel is an excellent viewing point. The unobstructed view can make the entire Tibetan village and the scenery of Shenshan in the eyes of the income, and the shots are all large films full of atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service from the front desk staff. Modern/clean rooms. Walking distance from Jiuzhaigou entrance. Free laundry service. Complementary bottle of oxygen. Room was obviously cleaned prior to our arrival - in fact the strong smell from the cleaning chemicals kept us out of the room for the first few hours. The front desk staff was super willing to help but they didn’t have an air purifier available. After a few hours of keeping the windows open the smell subsided. Another downside that’s common to local hotels is the strong pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. It’s obvious that the staff makes significant effort to clean this up but the hallways are hazardous in the morning - my guess is everyone smokes at night in their rooms after getting back from touring Jiuzhaigou. By the time we get back from the park, the smell was tolerable so they must have done everything they can to air it out or mask the smell. No breakfast included with the stay but that wasn’t a big deal because there are multiple eateries right below the hotel. So -1 star for the above mentioned deficits. But overall an excellent stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with rooms offering direct views of the snow-capped mountains. You can take a leisurely stroll around the hotel and discover some truly stunning scenery, including opportunities to witness the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' phenomenon. The room amenities are also superb, featuring underfloor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. A special mention must go to the owner and staff, whose service is outstanding; they even arranged transportation for us. This hotel offers incredible value for money and comes highly recommended!
