The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic every day! The owner was also very kind! And there's a cute, very well-behaved big dog! (Once, when I mailed something, the delivery guy sent it to the wrong hotel, and the owner enthusiastically helped me find the package! So grateful!) Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy! I stayed for 5 consecutive days and was happy every single day! I had a wonderful vacation! Highly, highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heartwarming service on the snowy plateau, a shout-out to Manager Shi Yi! Staying at the Hilton Shigatse, I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service throughout. A special thanks to Manager Shi Yi: - Communicated our itinerary by phone in advance, and gave us a warm welcome with a Hada upon arrival. - Proactively inquired about altitude sickness, thoughtfully arranged an oxygen-enriched room, and upgraded our room and gave us access to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to alleviate the altitude sickness, along with complimentary executive lounge service. - Patiently recommended local attractions, dining spots, and travel routes. - Responded to questions extremely quickly, with efficient and reassuring handling. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring – perfectly embodying Hilton's service standards. The hotel's ******* style is grand and comfortable, and the dining is also excellent. Next time I'm in Shigatse, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean beyond my expectation. The most important thing was that we had traveled a long way. The shower water was so good that I wanted to give it a big thumbs up. The shower water in the last hotel got cold halfway through the shower. The oxygen supply was also very good, and the service was also very good. The only thing was that the food... was too bad. Both breakfast and dinner were terrible.

This was the only hotel on Sichuan-Tibet Highway 318 with underfloor heating, which kept the room incredibly warm – no need for AC! The room was spacious and very clean, making for a super comfortable stay. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. They provide scheduled oxygen supply at night, and I didn't experience any altitude sickness. Highly recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend the Dong Mawha Hotel! Its location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless, free of any strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The value for money here is simply amazing, I can't recommend it enough! The thoughtful details really stood out: a Kung Fu tea set, an instant hot water dispenser, a washer-dryer combo, a Dyson hairdryer, and they even provided a weighing scale and bathrobes. It made for a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay. I fell in love with this hotel after just one visit and have already recommended it to my friends. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The mattress is moderately firm, the quilt cover is very clean, and the quilt has a clear product label. There is also a small refrigerator in the house, which is good. The bathroom is clean and the layout is comfortable. The cute robot is responsible for delivering takeaways and express delivery to the room, which is very efficient. Xiao Li at the front desk service is very good. Stayed for a day and felt very good. Next time I come to Nyingchi, I will choose here, warm Home 2 suites by Hilton, satisfied!
