We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit. Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary.

This time I came to fulfill my wish three years ago, to circumambulate Mount Kailash. This is the hotel I live in Saga, Lhaze and Tachin! ! (The pictures I took randomly are all from one of these three places) I really strongly recommend it. It is really rare to be able to stay in such a clean hotel with good service in such a high altitude area! There is an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier in the room! ! These two directly saved half the lives of the people in the plains! The massage couch was very very comfortable! It’s great to have a massage after circumambulating the mountain! ! By the way, I was given two bottles of water when I left. The special mention is that the location of the hotel is simply amazing, not only the room can enjoy the Nanga Bawa Peak, the hotel also has a top floor viewing platform, the hotel room is also very fast, the hotel's dining is also especially delicious and the price is more suitable. Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful.

Route 219 traveled to Tibet + Xinjiang. After coming down from the Everest base camp, my friend and I stepped on the accelerator and drove 1,000 kilometers to Pulan, preparing to start the trip to the Ngari region. At that time, we stayed in the same brand hotel on Mount Everest, so we saw Pulan County Yes, I made the reservation without any hesitation. Because I didn’t pay attention to whether the room contained oxygen when placing the order, the staff contacted me at around 10pm to tell me that the room type I booked did not contain oxygen. After the final communication, they took the initiative to apply for a free breakfast for us. and oxygen. We arrived at the hotel around 01.00 in the morning. As soon as the car arrived, there were staff (two young brothers) outside the hotel lobby who greeted us warmly and were waiting for us. This scene was really heartwarming💓 and then took the initiative to help us get our luggage. In the room, after learning that we had not eaten dinner, we immediately went to the restaurant to cook instant noodles for us. Our friends who were traveling with us were very touched and felt like home. The guest room is also very atmospheric, the mattress is very comfortable, and the hygiene is very clean. The room is specially equipped with a humidifier. I have a good rest throughout the night. The room is large enough, and the configuration and layout are very comfortable. The staff are also very professional, very skilled in responding to various inquiries, handle problems very well, and are able to provide services to customers. I really want to thank the two young brothers here. They are really heart-warming. One helped carry the luggage and the other helped cook the instant noodles. They really made the customers feel at home. They were very moved. (I usually stay at a five-star hotel.) There are also many hotels, but there are really not many people who cook instant noodles in the middle of the night. What you eat is not important. The hotel was newly opened at the end of December last year. The decoration and room linen are quite satisfactory. Breakfast service hours are indeed not available. The infrastructure needs to be improved. The WiFi does not have a check-in login message. I want to complain about the facilities in the shower room! ! ! The floor drain is set up with two particularly heavy blocks! The water cannot flow down at all, and the result is that the golden mountain is covered with water! I asked the waiter and was told that I had to remove the two baffles before I could take a shower! This design is really awesome. In any hotel, before taking a shower, you should first open the stopper of the floor drain with your hands! ! ! ! ! ! ! Wasn't there any testing done before the hotel opened? ? ? Make it right quickly! The room is more compact! The bathroom is narrow (designed to take the blame), but if the design is changed, the shower door will not touch the toilet! ! ! ! The sanitation of the hotel's public areas needs to be improved. There is no eye-catching entrance reminder on the parking lot floor, and the sanitation is poor! The service at the front desk of the hotel is pretty good, and almost everything is answered! But I don’t understand, why do you want good reviews all the time? ! ! Counterproductive! Did the hotel manager promise any employee mechanism with named praise rewards? ? ? Any team should emphasize collective consciousness. What’s the point of this kind of praise with a certain employee’s name! Don’t adapt hotel management from hundreds of years ago to the current domestic market!

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel - both the room and the overall environment. It is a beautiful hotel and we took loads of photos. Strongly recommending this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable stay and easy travel to tourist destinations. We also recommend the Indian food downstairs as it was delicious. Change is the only way to cross the unmanned area of Qiantang. The bustling is beyond our expectation. Vienna International should be the best hotel here. After the experience, it is indeed the same. Manager Zhu in the lobby contacted me in advance to determine the arrival time in order to open oxygen in advance. Due to the temporary problem of our front tire, it took a lot of time. The arrival time was very late. The next day, we had to cross the no-man's area to Minfeng. The time was tight. Manager Zhu also helped to consult the iron tank in advance. The room layout is reasonable, the color matching is good, and it is full of ethnic characteristics. The paintings and photos on the wall are artistic. The most delightful thing is that the balcony is large enough to overlook the hotel garden, the Yarlung Zangbo River and the mountains beside the river. The hotel waiters are very considerate and enthusiastic. The two handsome ******* guys we met, one is called Tashi Tsering, and the other one I forgot his name, kept asking us questions and providing help at any time.
