Good place and clean room.Near by the Sydhavn station
There is a public kitchen and fridge for tourists.
But there’s a leak in shower area. The water had leaked out from shower area to pool at the bathroom in our room where we had been taking a shower .
Even though there was a small problem, it was a good place to stay several nights.
We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were alright. A bit dusty on our first night (specially under the sofa bed) but after housekeeping cleaned the room the following day, it was a lot better. The location of the hotel was excellent. Definitely very convenient with the M trains. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The front desk, kitchen & restaurant staff were all very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.
I think for the price, it is an okay hotel. If just staying for a night for transit, the location is definitely great. The breakfast spread is not bad too. The check in time is strictly 3pm & all self-svc. Basically zero human interaction. Storage of luggage is at your own risk as it is based on integrity & no luggage tag issued. Bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste, bty.

For this hotel booked through Trip.com , the main factors considered when booking are: 1. Four stars, 2. The room is big enough (more than 20 square meters), 3. The location is good (especially close to the subway station), 4. The score should be more than 4.2. 5. Can be cancelled for free (in case of sudden ** situation needs to change the itinerary). According to the above conditions, I chose Hotel Bella Grande. I thought that booking a foreign hotel must be cheaper, but in fact, I chose the co-cheng (this trip to northern Europe booked eight hotels, and the price of the co-cheng was more competitive). Actual stay experience: 1. The hotel's service is very good. After placing the order, I received an email from the hotel to express the welcome and ask what special needs are there? I replied that I hope there is a kettle and desk in the room, and the hotel has implemented it. The staff at the front desk at check-in were very friendly and welcoming and made people feel very comfortable. It rained the second day of our stay and the hotel front desk provided us with two umbrellas. 2. The location is very good. The hotel is located next to the City Hall Square. It is a two-minute walk from the M3/M4 subway station. It is very convenient to go to the airport and various attractions. 3. Room facilities are OK, in line with expectations. 4. The hotel's breakfast was good. The fly in the ointment was that there was no vegetables. After staying for four days, there was no change in breakfast. 5. WiFi is very good. In short, the stay experience is satisfactory.
On the outskirts of Copenhagen, there are trains connected to the city. The train is more than 11 pm. You can buy a pass for Copenhagen public transportation to and from there. There are many shifts. The hotel is opposite the train station, next to the commercial center of the town, supermarkets, banks.

The room was spacious and everything was great. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes.
Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety.
Excellent and very clean! The only downside is that there's no shuttle service on weekends, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. It would be great if they offered a shuttle on weekends too, especially since Denmark is quite cold and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right next to Copenhagen City Hall and close to the Hans Christian Andersen statue. There's also a metro line right outside the door, making it super convenient to get to the airport or other attractions. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the front desk service was superb; they even allowed an early check-in and upgraded my room. However, the soundproofing isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy.

I booked the room to take a short nap during transit, but I couldn’t sleep at all because one of my roommates was snoring the whole night. Also, they didn’t provide anything, you have to buy or rent the things you need from the hotel. The staff were nice, friendly, and caring. They read my notes before I checked in.

The hotel is very near to airport, good for me as the transit hotel. The buffet offer variety of food, which is included in the price.
