Pet friendly Hotels in Uusimaa, Finland

There was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.

The hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Location is great right next to Malmi train station and bus station, only roughly 20mins ride away from Helsinki centre. Cleaning can be done a bit better at the edges, dust is fairly visible. Hair dryer can be borrowed from the service station on each floor, but they only got two on each floor to share. Shower door is not fully blocking water from getting out, though there’s a drain on the other side of the bathroom but shower water shouldn’t go that way. Washer and dryer are free to use, just have to book it by writing your room number in the book at the laundry room. There’s share space and sauna. Staff is not there 24/7 so it’s a bit tricky to get help outside hours, especially when arriving on weekends and expected to store luggage way before the check in time, it is impossible . Overall I would stay here again, just need to plan things out accordingly. Also a place suitable for long stay.

The hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, being very close to a supermarket and the tram station. The sunrise and sunset views of the ocean are as beautiful as a painting. Plus, the hotel's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to all my questions. It was a great experience.

I stayed at this self-check-in hotel this time. Overall, it felt clean and comfortable. However, since it's entirely self-check-in, it took a bit of figuring out at first; you have to go through the door next door before you can use the tablet.

The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the area was very restless during the nights and at times borderline dangerous as I was harrassed by an antisocial person in the street, probably because I look foreign, right next to the hotel. They kept shouting in Finnish and asking why I am in Finland :( it might however have been a one-off unfortunate incident and bad luck (visited in July).
