AAnonymous UserThere was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.
ササリダThe hotel is a bit far from Helsinki Central Station, but I could walk there without a suitcase. The nearby supermarket was very convenient. Although the building is large, having two elevators and several entrances made getting around very efficient, with no need for long detours. The room amenities were excellent, with a fridge, freezer, dishes, and an electric oven (microwave), plus a dishwasher. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. The self-service luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the self check-in process had many fields to fill out, making it a bit slow; it would have been better if I could have entered the information beforehand. I would definitely like to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room was great, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and cutlery. Although there wasn't a hairdryer in the room, you could get one by swiping your card at the drawer next to the elevator. Be aware that if you arrive outside of business hours, you'll need to self-check-in and fill out a lot of paperwork.
GgidroponixThe hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly convenient, being very close to a supermarket and the tram station. The sunrise and sunset views of the ocean are as beautiful as a painting. Plus, the hotel's customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to all my questions. It was a great experience.
GGuest UserThe staff was friendly to borrow the bike for each day i stayed , sauna is nice theres a bubble bath and the view on 11thfloor i stayed on is really cool during midsummer , you can see the midnight sun from the skyline very clearly
GGuest UserI stayed at this self-check-in hotel this time. Overall, it felt clean and comfortable. However, since it's entirely self-check-in, it took a bit of figuring out at first; you have to go through the door next door before you can use the tablet.
GGuest UserThe house is about 1 1/2 hours drive west of Helsinki in the middle of a forest area. The main hut also includes a sauna house with another place to sleep and a small lake with a rowing boat. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing days with the family t
