The old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The staff were highly professional—polite, attentive, and genuinely insightful in offering recommendations and local information, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and quality to start the day right. A refined and comfortable stay—I would absolutely return.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was lovely, but the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms as if they were in your own. No compensation was offered, and the 30€ per night for parking was only mentioned upon arrival. It's a shame because everything else was top-notch.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing location—literally in the same building as La Spezia train station! Super convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and even messaged in advance to ask about my arrival time so they could assist with check-in. They also allowed luggage storage after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel location is a little far from the train station but close to the commercial area. It is walkable to the mariner and good for visiting cinque terre.

Классный отель с дружественной атмосферой! С удовольствием приеду еще раз! Отлично подойдет для молодёжи. Только кровати металлические и жесткий матрас.. все остальное просто супер!

Tutto perfetto, dal check-in al soggiorno! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza fresca, accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio parcheggio al costo di 25 euro e, con una piccola aggiunta, abbiamo potuto lasciarvi l’auto fino alle 19:00 del giorno della partenza: davvero comodo e super apprezzato! La colazione è molto varia e offre un’ottima scelta. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibilissimo, gentile e attento, così come il personale della reception, che ci ha assistito con cortesia in tutte le nostre richieste. Esperienza davvero positiva. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e torneremmo sicuramente!
