This was a really good hotel to stay in. First impressions weren’t great as we didn’t even recognise reception but after that everything was good. The staff are all young and really willing to help. A special shout out to Mai. We had a larger room which gave us some space and we had the most comfortable pillows of our whole three week trip. The towels were soft too, the shower was excellent and there were lots of pegs to use to hang things. We did all our washing and drying for a nominal fee which was useful. The breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. The hotel was in a good location, not far from a station.

First of all, the communication was amazing. Fast replies and clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get in. The facility was clean. It is not a bit room but as you’re not there most of the time it really doesn’t matter. The room has all facilities I needed. A desk, small kitchen with fridge, electric stove and a microwave. What made me choose this apartment was the gym. As compared to other apartments or hotels on Trip, this gym had a squat rack and barbells. I generally miss this at a hotel/ apartment gym and it was highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and would book this again when I return to Osaka!

The hotel's location was ideal, almost right next to the anime merchandise area we planned to visit, just a few minutes' walk away. For our trip, primarily focused on shopping and pilgrimage, it was practically perfect, saving us a significant amount of travel time and money. As for the room itself, it was generally comfortable and clean, but the only minor drawback that made us a little uneasy was the room's password. The password seemed too simple, like the room number or a common combination of numbers, which made us wonder: could such an easily guessed password be easily solved by others? Although everything went smoothly during our stay, a more complex and randomized password would have made us feel more secure. Although our itinerary was tight, we didn't actually use the hotel's gym, but we made a point of glancing inside as we passed by. The space looked bright and spacious, and the equipment seemed quite complete, from treadmills and stationary bikes for cardio to weight training machines, all kept very clean. For travelers with ample time or those who regularly exercise, this would be a huge plus. Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience. The location is definitely its biggest advantage. If the security details of the door locks could be improved, it would be almost perfect.

The hotel's location is quite good; you can generally walk to the subway or a shopping mall within ten minutes. The room is spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases. Breakfast is also very generous, with a choice of one main dish each time, and other items are buffet-style. The facilities are new, and housekeeping cleans daily. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The corners were a little dusty, but the rest was clean. It's a 15-20 minute walk from Dotonbori, but there's a supermarket nearby, so it was fine. The apartment is near an overpass, so it's a little scary, but it was quiet and nice when we were there. It might be a little scary for two women.

The location of the place was great. It had its own laundry area and also a larger laundromat 50m away. The gym was small but honestly very impressive with cables, free weights and ample space for 1-2 people. The check in process was pretty straight forward and they had a PDF ready for us to start. The apartment was nice and tidy. We did find some hair on the sink though. Unfortunately, we bought food to cook/ store and we found the freezer did not keep our frozen products frozen and furthermore, the stove had no gas/ wasn’t working. We had to make our eggs in a cup in the microwave. With that being said, we’d 100% recommend this place again for a short stay Osaka. These short comings could easily be fixed and finding another place like this for the price would be rather difficult.

A private room on the 2nd floor with a comfortable sofa. The house features shared facilities including a bath, toilet, kitchen, and a cozy living area. If there are 2–3 guests, we can provide an additional mattress upon request. This guesthouse is inside a traditional shopping arcade, surrounded by supermarkets, grocery stores, local restaurants, and bars. The environment is particularly beautiful, the room is relatively large, take the children, you can play in the small pool, it is still very good. There are many mosquitoes. Remember to turn on the electric mosquito coil. There is a match in the room, but we found out when we checked out that we were harassed by mosquitoes for a night. It is recommended that you plan to die at the same time at Bo and Universal Studios, or Osaka Port, Ocean Park can choose to live here for one night, which is more suitable. Not suitable for shopping, because there are no large shopping plazas around. Because there are no restaurants around the hotel, dinner is solved in the restaurant in the hotel. The price is not too expensive and the taste is very good. It is mainly pizza, pasta, steak, soup curry, fried chicken or fish steak chips. There are many kinds of wine to choose from.

Overall, a very pleasant stay! The location is super convenient for grabbing food directly from Kuromon Market and Gyomu Super. While it took me a little while to figure out the garbage disposal, it was an overall great experience for our 6-night stay.

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. It's clean and quiet. There's an elevator in the building, but it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station. The signal is intermittent when entering the building. The Wi-Fi is a bit choppy, like the room has a weak signal. But overall, it's okay. There's a family room nearby. You can walk to the Purple or Red Line (I don't remember exactly 😭).

IIan soThis hotel is the best because you don’t have to check-in at 15:00. I took an early morning flight and it was easier to check in than I did. It is well-equipped and has a terrace. I personally like it better.
