The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, with plenty of meat, eggs, milk, and bread, plus some egg tarts. The only downside was the noise from the street outside; it was quite loud when high-powered motorcycles passed by. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the other side of the building. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, or you can catch the metro nearby downstairs. They also have private parking available for 15 euros per day.

No complaints, aside from the price sometimes being a bit high. It's close to various transportation hubs, and right across from Laofangzi Hotpot. A perfect choice! On my birthday, the hotel even sent a cake and champagne. Such a thoughtful gesture.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and fresh with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very soundly. The soundproofing was excellent too. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was quick to respond. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy, the view from the window was beautiful, and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff were very nice. Everything from the oven to the washing machine and dishwasher was provided. I would definitely choose this place again. The only thing I wasn't used to was the way the sheets were set up: sheet-duvet-sheet-mattress. It was a bit awkward trying to avoid touching the duvet directly. It would be perfect if there was an extra sheet under the duvet.

The hotel is beautiful ! Bed! The spectacular room! The staff attentive in such a kind way , offered to help you all! I will surely come back! When I visit Lisbon I try to go to the 5* and this has been liked me differently
The location of the hotel is quite good, not too far on foot from the subway (~5 min.), there are convenient service shops around: laundromat, small supermarket, a few restaurants (BRUTI is absolutely the one to recommend, the food is really good, the prices are ok - not cheap but not overpriced compared to the quality you get).
The service given by the people working at this IBIS was fantastic! Huge praise to Davi, Isa and Fernando! (If you have the chance to meet them, say hello to them for us ;)
About the room, it was a bit of a let-down: quite small, cheap furniture which felt old, no small fridge (although there is room for it, and with the supermarket nearby, it would have been nice to put some of our own purchases in a fridge), ... it could be improved.
All in all though, a good stay, but mainly thanks to its personnel.

Location: About 20 minutes walk from Cormeciu Square. Lato Station is nearby, so it is convenient to use the subway. It's a good 3-minute walk away with a big mart and Eduardo de VII Park is nearby.
However, the road from Cormecio Square to the hostel was uphill, so I actively used the bus on the day I used the Lisboa card.
Facilities: Laundry/drying room, luggage storage - convenient because it is on the first floor and can be used through the password given. It was nice to have an elevator. The room condition was also satisfactory. I haven't used the kitchen, but it seems that everything is available.
Others: The check-in process was conducted through the app/web, so it was nice to know my room number, entrance door, and room password in advance before arriving at the hostel. Quick answer
General comment: I was very nervous because I had to check in alone on my first trip to Europe, but thanks to my numa, I was able to start my trip to Europe pleasantly. I think I will find out about Numa brand hotel next time I travel to other European countries

Coming from Seville to watch a game, I booked this place last minute. It has that consistent Moxy vibe that I'm familiar with and enjoy. Upon arrival, I received a welcome drink, and there's free orange/lemon water in the lobby bar, plus apples available for guests – a very thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, right across from Oriente Station, literally a one-minute walk. It's especially convenient for those just passing through for a day or two. Exploring Lisbon's main city center is also easy; just hop on the metro at Oriente Station.
Londres Hotel is well situated within walking distance to the beach, train station and restaurants. Surrounding is very clean. Staffs are friendly except for a couple.. Room is clean and food is good especially the croissant during breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Great
MMathewTBrilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here. 20 mins and 8 EUR arrive (Uber) from the airport as well.
Clean hotel and friendly staff! Affordable breakfast at EUR 14 a day but there are plenty of great options around the hotel as well.
MMissTangNice hipster hotel with rooftop bar! Cool atmosphere in the restaurant/bar downstairs at lobby. Super friendly staff and they have a DJ in the evenings so can enjoy your evening there. Location was a little far from the central but not too bad…connected to a lot of public transport and can walk to the main areas in 20-30min. Clean and spacious rooms. Only thing would love to have had a kettle in the room and cups or glasses to have wine or coffee.
DDamironkz**First time in Portugal**, and we chose the Hilton hotel as we were confident in their service. Indeed, we were not wrong. Friendly staff explained everything thoroughly. We arrived a bit early, but they prepared the room for us. The location is very convenient: **Lisbon is just a 30–40 minute taxi ride away**, and other attractions are also nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean. **Complimentary water** is provided. Breakfasts are delicious.
GGuest UserThis hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel.
The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities.
The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet.
In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.
HHectorTo be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
