The hotel was clean and the service was nice.
However, I leave two recommendations that could improve the experience considerably: the application of blackout curtains in the rooms, because those currently in place leave a lot of light; and the addition of more channels in TV, Because it has only the normal channels at this moment.

Even though the hotel has been repainted, it's still on the older side. The bathroom door is wooden and broken, so it doesn't close properly. The bathroom itself is quite small, and one of the toilet flushes is broken.
Bringing luggage in is inconvenient as the main entrance elevator is out of order. You have to carry bags up a few steps to get in. You also need to switch elevators twice to reach your room. The elevators are only suitable for two adults and one child, but the triple room is large, with plenty of windows and natural light.

The hotel itself is not bad. Our room smelled of wallpaper. There were no toothbrushes... and a palooooooood. When the maitre d' came in to bring our things, he started walking around in his shoes and showing everything everywhere, like a good guy, but he was wearing shoes. It was hard to get through to ask for a toothbrush or an iron. You kept calling the wrong number. In the end, we had to go down to the reception. The room opens with a real key

Average hotel in a good location
Receptionist was unfriendly upon check in and seems is not interested in receiving guest
Lack of privacy because you can hear people in the next room and bed is uncomfortable
HK entered the room without knocking on the door
Overall was just fine
Londres Hotel is well situated within walking distance to the beach, train station and restaurants. Surrounding is very clean. Staffs are friendly except for a couple.. Room is clean and food is good especially the croissant during breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.
Good location for catching flights out of LIS. Accept dogs but charge an additional fee of €33. That does include a gift pack of a blanket, treats and a couple of nice collapsible bowls. Make sure you ask for it if you have a pet.
The room is small, but efficient, unless you have a number of large suitcases. Even with pre check in you still need to present your passports and fill out forms with emails and phone numbers. Probably not worth the time to pre-check in.
The hotel environment is very elegant, with complete facilities, free parking, a variety of breakfasts, and a good dinner menu in the hotel restaurant, but reservations are required.
The location of the hotel is quite good, not too far on foot from the subway (~5 min.), there are convenient service shops around: laundromat, small supermarket, a few restaurants (BRUTI is absolutely the one to recommend, the food is really good, the prices are ok - not cheap but not overpriced compared to the quality you get).
The service given by the people working at this IBIS was fantastic! Huge praise to Davi, Isa and Fernando! (If you have the chance to meet them, say hello to them for us ;)
About the room, it was a bit of a let-down: quite small, cheap furniture which felt old, no small fridge (although there is room for it, and with the supermarket nearby, it would have been nice to put some of our own purchases in a fridge), ... it could be improved.
All in all though, a good stay, but mainly thanks to its personnel.
Very Good

MMissTangNice hipster hotel with rooftop bar! Cool atmosphere in the restaurant/bar downstairs at lobby. Super friendly staff and they have a DJ in the evenings so can enjoy your evening there. Location was a little far from the central but not too bad…connected to a lot of public transport and can walk to the main areas in 20-30min. Clean and spacious rooms. Only thing would love to have had a kettle in the room and cups or glasses to have wine or coffee.
GGuest UserSuch a lovely hotel so central in cascais. Its new and done v well, and v clean. The restaurant is stunning. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Made our stay more than pleasant.
Rooms are spacious with gorgeous lightings and beautifully decorated.
Would highly recommend

GGuest UserThis hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel.
The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities.
The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet.
In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.
HHectorTo be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
