Из минусов только слышимость, с ней не все хорошо, но это решается берушами, которые могут даже выдать, других проблем нет, все понравилось

Очень чистый, местоположение удобное. Есть кухня, можно заказать завтрак, а можно выпить чай и разогреть в микроволновке свою еду, вся посуда имеется. Единственный мину-отсутствует лифт, после 15-20 км пешей прогулки по городу, тяжко подниматься на 4 этаж😀
