My family had an okay stay. We booked 3 rooms and all but one was not okay. The TV didn't work, and the manager came up to the room, and all he said was oh sorry and did nothing to do to fix it. So the night manager might need a little more experience on making guests happy. The night crew at the front desk was awesome, fast check and positive attitude. ..
Hotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere.
Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity.
The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning.
All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.
The hotel is near Lake Hamilton, Hot Thrings, with a good view and friendly staff
You can eat coffee and tea for free in the hotel restaurant in the morning and have a coffee maker and microwave in the hostel.

Room equipment was a bit old, chair handles were broken, bedding was tacky to touch, and the air conditioner smelled bad, make up, but the madam at the front desk was very nice, we called the car for us early, and we did n’t have breakfast before leaving Gave us fruit and water
This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.
The service and location was perfect. We had a great nights rest. The only thing we noticed is that the hotel is really needing to be updated. The doors were missing paint and had dents and looked really worn down. Other than that it’s a Great place!

LLIHONGThere is a refrigerator in the location, nothing else, no shampoo cups! I wonder if the cleaning staff has forgotten it or not at all? Ask tomorrow. The room is big enough, the sprinkler is small, and there is a parking lot.
GGuest UserEverything was great the only thing that I would complain about is the bathroom when you went into it the tile was up about an inch and a half and it would trip you I felt like there should be a piece of trim or something right ther. And I really wish the place would have some type of breakfast but other than that it was great all the way around
SSkyI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel , the front desk help was great very positive and helpful with our reservations. The room was nice and the location is kinda hidden but still avle to have a view and close to town . I would recommend this hotel to friends and family !
GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay, room exactly like picture. We asked for a upper floor and they gave us a room on top floor. Front desk was very nice. The only down side were the towels were very thin and one towel was stained. Also the bathroom needed some cleaning found a used tooth sword in the shower on the ledge and the wall needed cleaning.
