The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

Looking at the magazine, I liked the design and made a reservation. The reception at the front desk was well-served. Food is fine. Location was great.

Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.

I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early. The decor is updated ✅ The front staff is great ✅ House keeping is great ✅ mm The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

I am staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick. It is a small but very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. The price–performance ratio is quite good. The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated. It is definitely a suitable option for anyone visiting this area. However, I was honestly surprised by the way the hotel staff strictly follow internal policies instead of focusing on guest comfort and flexibility, even in situations where a more guest-oriented approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

I came to attend the World Bank Annual Meeting. The price of a four-star hotel in downtown Washington soared to $700 per night, so I chose to stay in Silver Spring. I didn't expect it to be so convenient here. It's very close to large shopping malls and outlets, and the hotel facilities are very good, and the breakfast is excellent.

This was a decent budget hotel provided you stay in the updated premium rooms until they stopped airport pick up shuttle services which also used to drop one off at the nearby MARC AMTRAK Station. Though an older motel, staff was the best. I have used this for the past 3 years. Staff is very good at their work and have a smile.. Always.I hope they return their shuttle service. Even if it is for limited hours.

Facilities: Not bad, but the location is a bit far, it's not easy to get a taxi to the airport in the morning The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, the sound is a bit loud Sanitation: Clean Environment: From the design, you can see that it has a sense of age There are many people for breakfast, it is recommended to eat at off-peak hours Service: The service attitude is satisfactory Except for the last night at 4 am, the TV turned on by itself and couldn't be turned off no matter how hard you tried.
