Eat a huge seafood platter in the old town of Marseille! 🦐🦞🦀 Very down-to-earth, there are a lot of diners, and the service is very considerate! Restaurant name: Entre Terre et Mer 🏠13 rue du Panier, 13002 Marseille, France ☎️+33 4 91 35 11 59 ⏱Business hours: Thursday to Sunday from 12 noon to midnight Saturday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm 💰Average consumption per person: 200 RMB Featured recommendation: This seafood restaurant is in the alley of the old town of Marseille. The restaurant is small and the store is simple. The owner put the table and chairs on the street. Although the temperature in Marseille in October is not low, the seafood in France is cold, and eating outdoors is a challenge for Chinese people. Looking at the seafood platter ordered by the next table, it is very exciting. Although we hesitated for a while, we still sat down. We ordered a seafood platter for 3 people, a shrimp platter, a meat platter, and a bottle of Rose Wine. 🥂Rose Wine, in Chinese, is called "Pink Wine". The color is light pink. Although it is the same type of grapes used to make wine, the production method is different. It is said that the rosé wine produced in Provence, France is the best in this category. The color of chateau la dorgonne is very beautiful, and the color is a bit like the light pink of golden champagne. The taste is not strong and not sour at all. 🥘 There are six kinds of sausages and ham slices in the meat platter, and there are a few pickles dotted in between, which is perfect with wine. 🍤 There are 12 shrimps in a single serving, which are very large and have super good meat. The small dish of sauce in the middle is a dipping sauce, which is very different from the three-in-one oil or ginger and garlic sauce in China. 🦞The seafood platter is wonderful. There is a circle of oysters on the outside, conchs, mussels and clams on the inside, and a big crab and six big shrimps on the innermost layer. There are also a few small forks and spoons on the ice. 🐙 French oysters are very famous. The freshest oysters are best opened and eaten raw. You can taste the freshness of the seawater in the oyster shell. If you pay attention to disinfection, you can squeeze some lemon juice. Opening oysters will leave shell fragments in the oysters, and many guests who don’t understand will complain. Therefore, many restaurants, including five-star hotels, will wash the oysters in lemon water after opening, so you miss the most authentic oyster juice. This restaurant obviously didn’t do this because it really tastes fresh seawater. 🦀 The scientific name of the crab is the yellow crab, which is a kind of crab that grows in the Mediterranean. It is sturdy, reddish-brown, with a round shell and black claws. Later, I saw fresh yellow crabs in Lyon Halls. The crab meat is very firm and the crab roe is full of shells. Unlike hairy crabs, its crab roe is almost solid and a little harder than crab meat. It tastes great, really delicious. 👍There are a lot of things wrapped like candy on the seafood platter. When I asked, I found out it was butter. Spread it on the unlimited appetizer bread, everything is just right.

Very good food! This internet-famous restaurant (printer) has a great location and unique dishes. I have eaten pork elbows from many restaurants and I like this one. The food is very good, the presentation is very delicate, and the price is reasonable.
